If I hadn't needed the loan so desperately I would not have. MISSED one payment called and asked if I could make the late payment today and the current payment on Monday.This nasty woman gone tell me no she couldn't do that and to borrow the money. Needles to say I cursed her out. If you're reading this you unprofessional, disrespectful poor excuse for a customer service rep.You"re classless and tacky and I will be reporting you're conduct to the BBB.

I gave one star because if you are approved, they loan you the money. I borrowed 500.$ and I payed 1,712 back. I know they have to make money but, that was excessive. And the staff, particularly Jackie, can be very insensitive at times. I highly recommend not borrowing from this business.

I was a loyal customer to this place. I did NOT have a "bad" experience. But was about to, my "balloon payment" was due next month. All this time, I've been paying nothing but interest and next month I owed over 700 bucks! YIKES! I, of course, panicked! SO I did some research, read some reviews...I found Auto Equity Loans, on Marsh Rd. 5 minutes away from this place. THEY WERE WONDFERFUL! I was so upset that I never knew they existed. I have a full 12 months to pay off my car, not 7, like with these guys, and the interest rate is 180%, which is HALF of what these guys want. There is no pre payment penalties, like with these guys, and they did not call my references (only if you become MIA) and it took half the time to get my loan. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Call Auto Equity Loans on Marsh RD!!!!

IF YOU’RE READING THIS NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE FOR A LOAN! The interest is outrageous and the customer service is just terrible. If I could have given them 0 stars I would! My own personal experience they harass you day and night they give you no time to make a payment if your payment isn’t made on the day that’s is due the will put your car out for collections AKA REPO! The interest is daily! My loan was for 1,000 I received 900 after their fees and had to pay back 2500! Me being dumb and needing the cash I never read the fine print or anything else for that matter! The customer service is very poor the people are sarcastic and just down right rude! DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! EVER
