I have been with Auto Equity loans for a few months now and must say it has been a very positive experience there are no hidden fees and the payments are very easy and affordable plus they contact you every month by phone and email before the payment is due so you never miss it and if you need more time they will work with you . I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on a loan.

Horrible service,made it clear I was driving 2hrs away,they said i was alset an i brought every credential they ask for,i went there an spent 20 min filling paper work out,the catch was after the paper work was done,the 3 ppl working went into the back room an I was sitting there by myself for 45 kin not knowing what was going on,finally,someone that didnt even deal with me comes out an said I wasnt approved due to not enough paper work from my income witch I told them all I had was 2 months back,i will never go back,they had no sympathy that they wasted my day going down,selling me false hopes

I don't write reviews at all but after reading some of the comments on here that were negative I had to..... For 1 Auto equity loans is absolutely the best place to get a title loan I would highly recommend them with no questions!!! Brianna is the one that did my loan and she was awesome professional friendly on everything and the paperwork was no time to fill out very self-explanatory! interest rate was awesome monthly payments were awesome also they worked with me if I couldn't pay on that day I can't say enough!! Professional service that they provide this is a great place to get a title loan if you need cash quick and in my case I needed it quick again thank you Auto equity loans for the great experience and professional staff I will use you again and the future if need be...

They said that my car was too old so they couldn’t loan me a dime!!! The title loan in Hudson on chase st did it. I could get up to $500. So I guess owning my car isn’t enough for them to allow me to borrow any money at all. I think they are judge mental and I was made to feel like a failure because my car isn’t a new $50,000 car I don’t recommend them to anyone new or old car. They do not deserve your business

I just had the same issue as Gabrielle. I always worked with the Manchester office and never had an issue. Unfortunately, Manchester closed their office and everything was transferred to Salem suddenly without notice. They're now a half hour out of my way and that's not even why I'm writing this complaint. The representative I had to deal with was extremely rude. I will never in my life do business with this place ever again. Worst experience ever. No flexibility, no option to pay later or to even break up payment if you run into financial troubles due to being sick for weeks (even though they email to say to call if you have trouble making a payment), they don't help nor care and are real quick to repo your property. I was one day late and the representative was rude and treated me as if I was months behind. If I knew I could get away with it, I'd make my final payment in pennies and let them sit there and count it after the way they treated me and let them earn every cent of the ridiculous fees they charge! The gentleman I spoke to was ridiculously rude. Next time I do a loan it will most definitely be elsewhere. This place should receive negative stars!
