I have had to call 5-10 times within the last 6 months regarding loss draft and payments towards principle and either the people here are incompetent or the systems/processes they are provided are extremely limiting. Instructions on my payments weren't followed, when two departments were involved they kept sending me back and forth, pointing fingers.

They suck.

I called lots of agencies regarding my issue with WHA. George Rapp was THE most helpful. If you have a problem with a housing issue, call George!

This agency screws multifamily homeowners over by unfairly and heartlessly refusing to accept certain forms of income paid by the government, namely HUD's Section 8 program, claiming its unreliable income and not eligible for their emergency assistance, thereby assisting unscrupulous banks and mortgage brokers in stealing homes from people who are by no means rich and accept those vouchers on behalf of the tenants they rent to. So not only does EMAP screw homeowners over but Section 8 screws landlords over by refusing to pay fair market value in rent while demanding landlords provide above standard housing but provide no assistance for maintenance/repairs, they also don't screen the people they pay rent for shoving that off on landlords as well and they don't pay for damages done by the tenants they pay rent for. And the EMAP Program can refuse to accept Section 8 as reliable income meaning once again the landlords are screwed and there IS NO INCENTIVE to risk your property and income by continuing to accept low rent for bad tenants.
