By far the rudest staff I have ever encountered. I’ve also never been to a bank where they take your money and count it in a different room and then come back to the counter to tell you how much they counted. I told the gentleman at the counter who was rude to me “Merry Christmas” and his response was to wave up the next person in line! Will not ever be back. I’ll drive to Arvada every time...

I don't usually leave a review but honestly I am so disappointed in this company. We got a car loan from this company 6 years ago and at first all was great. A month ago the car was totalled my insurance company mailed the pay off. The first check was never received. Contacted the call center. Zero empathy. Zero understanding. They said call the insurance company cancel the check. I did Just that. Another week goes by. Call to remove my car payment from coming out of the bank account. Agent on the phone said it was than after a long hold told me I needed to come to the bank. Go to the bank and got a rude person. I asked about my account what do you want to know. Than refused to remove autopayment. Said it's a 35 dollar fee to remove it. Than said I had to call my bank to remove it even though it was not set up on bill pay with my bank. It was set to automatically come out through partner. The rep said to cancel the check. Again. No one said to cancel a check.. I asked for a manager. Was told it would be 30 minutes and she gave me attitude. See the thing is I have really good credit and another credit union that would love my business. The car is totalled and my plan was to purchase a new vehicle and give the business to partner but after this terrible experience I will never. I will continue my business with canvas. When I call them I get a great experience. Now that they have received my payoff. I'm canceling the account and taking my business to a company that cares. Considering your motto is we serve you. Word of mouth is important but also providing your customers with a great experience is as well. I have already contacted the BBB about this issue.

When I was having issues with my vehicle loan they were horrible to work with and down right difficult! It took me calling three times to get all the details I could so that I could get my loan paid off. I was also threatened to be hung up on as well as called a liar after I was doing exactly what Westerra (my new credit union) told me to do. I am absolutely appalled by the way they treat people and am extremely disappointed. They also proceeded to tell me one thing and when someone I had helping me go pay off the loan they told him a totally different thing making me look like a liar!! They even tried to get mean with the person helping me. You would think getting 10,000 would be enough motivation them to be nice but I guess not! I will never conduct business here again!

No return call from Loan Officer after 2 voicemails. 2 separate visitations to 2 separate branches; still no help. Very dissatisfied.

I spent decades with a-not-to-be-named bank until I just couldn't reason out staying with them after they were splattered all over the news in the worst way. I'd stayed because I thought it was the best I could do. Was I WRONG! Joining Partner was one of the best decisions I could have made; the customer service is nothing short of WONDERFUL EVERY SINGLE DAY I VISIT. The incredibly caring - I mean they CARE - bank representatives from every area greet me with a true welcome, even remembering details about my life. They helped me through a family loss situation; making it as easy on me as such a thing can me; walking me through the necessary documents and to-do's. The free shredder, notary and more was a God-send. Not only that, they assisted me with faxing documents to prove my loss and scanned them as email attachments for me so that I could use them from home since I have no home scanner. If you want to go - as the famous song from "Cheers" goes; where everyone truly knows your name and they're always glad you came..." (and the lines are never long if there are lines at all!) you want to do business here. Seriously.

Staff was friendly but the shared branch limit was $2500 via cashiers cheque and $1500 cash. A player needed to make some moves in the rap game so I had to drive to another shared branch

I love Partner in general, been around since Denver Water Credit Union days! But this branch always makes things easy and convenient for me. Monica and Nicole rock!!! They are always helping me with all my needs from my personal accounts, business accounts, car loans and my kids accounts! Thanks ladies for always helping me out!!!!

Terrible customer service, rude and sloppily ran! No online payment, $5 fee to make a payment over the phone. Not sure why people even work there, they aren't helpful with anything

I have 2 loans with them and they always mix the payments up. Watch out, they also conveniently cash your loan payment 1 day after the grace and then charge a late fee. I asked the manager about it and he turned red but denied it. Bad business practices and poor costumer service. I would never bank here except they gave us an auto loan for 2.99% and I can't find a better rate anywhere else.

Don’t even deserve one people that work geee are not knowledgeable. Tried to set up a new account and the person had to go ask 15 questions to just make another mistake after 2 hours I left because of an address change.
