I really appreciate your help! March 11: Confusing website that locked me out with no instructions to remedy. Not much customer service. Boo.

Paul is a terrible employee. Very disrespectful. Over talk his customers and hangs up in your face when ask to speak to his supervisor. You are pathetic

Wish I could give zero stars. Just got off the phone with customer service. I have been trying for several days to make my truck payment. I have linked my account and everything. So I have to wait on hold for 15 min to talk to someone and who I had was so rude and said to me "we do this hundreds of times a day, I dont know why you cant" so I guess it is my fault that I got a loan and would like to pay on the loan...sorry I thought you wanted your money back...pick a different credit union. This one will steer you the wrong way. I'll be looking at other credit unions...

Been sitting here 45 minutes and counting while the only person working takes god knows how long doing god knows what. Very slow and very poor customer service.

I have 2 loans with them and they always mix the payments up. Watch out, they also conveniently cash your loan payment 1 day after the grace and then charge a late fee. I asked the manager about it and he turned red but denied it. Bad business practices and poor costumer service. I would never bank here except they gave us an auto loan for 2.99% and I can't find a better rate anywhere else.
