I ran into some unexpected expenses the last two months. I have just decent credit but good income. I tried many other banks and loan companies with not much success. I used OneMain in June and then again in August. They consolidated loans with some security and even this was made simple! OneMain contacts you right away and gets to work. Easy process of proving income and identity. A short loan closing and the money is in your account! The loan specialists are knowledgeable and professional. I am very impressed and very appreciative! Thank you. Now, to pay it all off! :)

I have never met more incompetent individuals in my life, especially Justin who was outright rude. If someone is looking for a loan I would suggest ANY place other than them. I was approved for a loan but then was denied days later as the "employees" entered in the wrong pay stub information, felt like more a scam company to get personal information from individuals. Also when I had gone into the location employee were sharing private information about borrowers in front of me and even joked with each other about someone who overpaid a loan and had requested the difference, but they conveniently keep "forgetting" to put the check in the mail for the individual.

Do not trust these people it’s Terrible service. They have what they call a “Float Around” worker who answers calls but doesn’t work at the office. I sent an email to get a refund because an extra $90 was paid to them but because she’s a float around worker there’s no way for them to stay in contact after she leaves. So I sent the email for no reason basically and now I’ve been waiting an entire months and a half for a refund that they had no idea about because of a float around worker who received my email but never said anything! Terrible business and workers! Having to send personal information to multiple people just for a refund!
