Applied on Thursday online. Sent several messages but received no response. Called the phone number listed 4 times. Each time was told, "you are caller 0,2, or 3 please hold". Each time I was transferred to voice mail with the promise of receiving a call. Guess what... A return call or response to portal messages never happened. Lessoned learned: unless you are by a brick and mortar office, do not use this company!!!

I am an honorably discharged Air Force veteran, in receipt of Air Force disability retiree pay, who recently applied for a loan - less than $1500 dollars - from Omni Financial, based in Colorado, Springs, CO. In addition to Omni Financial requiring loads of very confidential documents, and the names and contact information of three references (2 family members and one friend) they are slower than Christmas in processing the loan application, which has still not been processed, and NEVER answer the phone. At this point, I am considering my options, in addressing this matter, as I have NEVER in my life been subjected to such scrutiny in applying for a loan, especially one of such small amount.

Hey you know what there interest rates are no where near great, but with my credit as bad as it is I am able to get a loan no problem! I always pay the loan off at tax season anyways. Whenever i am in a tight bunch I use them to save my ass!! I like them just fine.

Got medically discharged in 2016, haven't been able to find one single doctor that's comfortable signing the only document that would help me with this loan that I haven't been able to pay on, and omni has reported me late every single month instead of sending me to collections or charging off, I have tried contacting the manager with this location many times over the last 2 years and they just blow me off, they have single handedly ruined my credit score. Thanks a ton omni.......

I had a great experience for the second time with Omni Financial. Ask for Loranda Haven, she was really helpful during the whole process. Interest rates are a tad high but well worth it if you need emergency money and have a low credit score. I recommend them 100%

We went and applied for a loan and they asked for all this information after information after more information just for them to deny him because they couldn’t verify his rank but everything else checked out. Not only did they never!!! I mean never answer the phone, the store manager had a very rude demeanor and not a very pleasant attitude to welcome someone in. It took them a week for verify everything and deny us because they couldn’t verify rank. This is very disappointing, we had high hopes for this place and I sadly to have to write our experience here. I don’t recommend this place as of now. Please find a way to better your communication skills and customer service skills for the future.

Omni I’m so disappointed in you guys, husband is currently deployed and he applied for a loan with you guys a week ago and you guys been just running him around in circles. Poor guy has been staying up late at his area cause you told him someone would call and no one ever did. He’s been calling you guys and no one bothered to call him back or reply to his emails. Very disappointed. We usually never had an issue with you guys but this is beyond unacceptable... and he’s a loyal customer to Omni too and always paying his payments in times for years. Really disappointed.

Army does not pay that well, but Omni is always here to help with any unexpected money troubles that life comes up with. Willing to work with you no matter what. Marian was so helpful , understanding and professional, she was able to get me even more funds than i was going to request, with a low payment. Thank you!

This place isn't willing to back up their mistakes. They took a payment out of my account even though they got a direct deposit payment. So they took two payments one month. Caused me $89 in bank fees, $65 in returned check fees in the places that would have been paid if they wouldnt have taken the extra payment. I didnt authorize the payment and they won't pay me back. Be careful!!! Try Pioneer military loans instead, they haven't done this, to me at least.

Look, I cant b*tch too much because in the end I got my loan... However, the process was disgustingly unprofessional and slow. First word of advice, dont even bother applying online. It doesnt work! They always need "more info" and it delays the loan application process drastically. Second, Make sure they make a copy of your DL your first visit in store, or you will end up going back and delaying the loan process even further. Third, Dont bother calling, because they dont frickin answer. Last but not least, go in as soon as they open in the morning or you will end up sitting in the lounge for a couple hours while they twiddle their thumbs in the back. Bottom line, if you need a loan... This place will say yes, however, if you need an emergency loan done quick quick quick... Good luck with that.
