Corine with K2 was great to work with. Her initial quote seemed too good to be true, but after shopping around quite a bit I went for it. I'm glad I did because I just closed on my house and the process went as smoothly as it could have and I got a much better rate with lower closing costs than I could find anywhere else. I've been burned before by a broker who couldn't follow through with their initial promises, but K2 followed through.

Being first-time homebuyers, we were uncertain about the whole process, but they walked us through it and made what could be a daunting process extremely easy and relatively stress free. When we found our house and wanted to start the process of making an offer, they moved so quickly by getting us pre-approved and letting the sellers know we would be good buyers, all within a matter of a couple hours. I truly feel they played a pivotal role in having our offer accepted. They provided great customer service and were so communicative. Great experience. I found K2 through a site, and was contact by Steve Kirk shortly after filling out a form. Steve was pleasant to work with and helped all the way through the process. Didn't actually meet him face-to-face until closing day, but was not an issue at all. I would recommend, as the experience was a great blend of good rates and great customer service.

We have now used K2 lending for both a cash out refinance and a new home purchase. Both times they were thorough and gave us super competitive rates. And this time around, for our new home purchase, our loan agent showed up to closing with the coolest gift (not that that is the reason to choose a lender). But it did bring a nice bookend to the experience.
