We had checked a few other companies (Quicken Loans, Lending Tree, etc.) and Integrity Mortgage & Financial Inc. was by far the best choice giving us by far the best rate and lowest expenses. We applied for a mortgage for our new house with a large bank. The process extended for almost three months with no end in sight. In this time the construction loan company was trying to close our construction loan. Once we realized that our loan application was on a dead end, we started calling random mortgage companies here in town. We called Integrity Thursday afternoon and left a message. The next day, I was woken up by Russell who ensured me that he can take care of our situation with a competitive rate in just three weeks. That sounded too good to be true since all the other banks we applied with, asked for 8-10 weeks processing time. I was wrong, due to the lean organization, Integrity was able to close the deal for us in just three and a half weeks. It could have taken a week less than that but we had a few details to finish in the new house. The application process was a breeze and his appraiser was able to come over a couple of times without delay. We feel lucky to have found Integrity at a difficult moment and certainly we recommend doing business with them.

They want your business. If they do not close the sooner they get paid. They don't tell you they will sell your loan before you even close. I saw my contact only 1 time. he could not even stop in when I was signing the final documents. If you think you will get anything as a gift.... it wont happen either. I was refinancing and wanted some money left over to have in my pocket. It should have been simple math for them but they failed on doing that right. I did close on my own home in the 3rd week after applying. I would recommend going to a mortgage company that funds the loan and does not sell it.
