Word of advice, learn to take no for an answer. You make yourself & the company come off as very desperate, immature, & insincere. I'm too busy for that & that is very uncalled for. Was it really worth wasting your time? When in the end my answer was still no. No one wants to do business with people who are that desperate for money. Advice to others, don't let them rush you into signing documents & don't give them your bank account info until you are positive that is what you want because they will quickly take that money. And give you a very difficult time throwing a tantrum if you decide to not complete the process.

Never in my life have I been treated so horribly!! I refinance my car to get a lower interest-rate and they added on cost to my loan. Nicholas Gorakowki the “VP” and Tabatha Farmer with customer complaints, did nothing to try to resolve the issue and make the customer (me) happy as they should have. If you’re thinking about refinancing do not use these crooks!! They will “include” gap insurance and paint and protections plans adding thousands to your loan. I don’t know how these people sleep at night knowing that they “sold” a product, when really they ripped money out of a single woman’s pocket only to benefit their money hungry ego! Despicable people!

I tried going through I lending direct a few weeks ago. I did receive an offer but not to my liking. I started receiving the multiple denial letters today and it turns out they added 4K to the balance of my loan when they submitted my application to multiple lenders... It looks like they submitted it with adding additional items without my approval. Luckily, I found another company that did it correctly and saved me a ton of interest... stay away from this company

If I could rate them a 0 stars I would, they are so misleading and show you their true colors once you decide not to go with them because of a better rate, horrible experience and how fake of them, they ran my credit without authorization and could never tell me for what they kept telling me they would call me back to inform me why they Ranett and where my information was sent to you but they never did! I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about it since I was lied to and mistreated by the agent once I told him I didn’t want them to handle my auto refinancing anymore and when they Called regarding the complaint the lady was nice at first and then she kind of try to manipulate me into feeling like it was my fault they had ran my credit and that they did it in good faith even though they didn’t ask me so I wasn’t having them do that and I told her and immediately she got so rude I had to disconnect the call don’t waste your time, They pay people for the ratings

Scammers...A guy named Dustin took my VIN and check subs by email, then said he would be calling me in 10 minutes. Never received a call but instead an email the next day saying that I was denied due to high mileage. Then within an hour I received an email said I had a New credit inquiry from ilending, whom I NEVER have permission to check my credit or I didn't even give my social or DoB. I don't know what kind of scam these people are running, but I will be filling a complaint with the CFPB as well as transunion. Luckily I saved his info because all of a sudden all of our emails are deleted. I'm so tired of people trying to get rich off of scams...get a real job!

To say I’m pleased is an understatement. When I first purchased my car, I was a recent college graduate, unfamiliar with the financial prospects that come along with owning a vehicle. After approximately 6 months of owning my vehicle, I decided to refinance. I was of course bombarded with emails and automated systems singing the same tune as to why I should refinance my vehicle with them. Then I received a phone call from iLending Direct. I spoke to someone named Tim, who was very sincere and truly cared about my goals when refinancing. He was patient- through all of the issues we faced (for ex me losing my registration!) he was still persistent. He would tell me the documentation needed and he would handle everything else. I never had to worry. We were able to lower my interest rate 13%, which was beyond my expectations. I would personally recommend this group to everyone, very professional and patient.

These guys are terrible at communication, execution of their actual job, and they're very misleading and not upfront about any costs. At least the ones I worked with. I am sure not all employees are this terrible. Allow me to explain. My first issue I had was when I initially applied for refinancing of my vehicle, they contacted me, I submitted all the information they asked for, and it took them a month a half to actually process the paperwork. Because they took so long, I had to re-submit all of my information, such as IDs [which my wife had to renew because she was then closer to her expiration date], odometer readings, insurance, loan documents. I also had to re-submit the paperwork they had sent me to fill out due to my wife having to get a new ID with her legal last name. The entire process was very frustrating, and very time consuming. Another issue I had was their inability to be upfront about costs. Now yes, I realize costs are typically outlined in the paperwork, but we know very well that not everybody sits there and reads every line of information on official forms. That said, usually I do read everything, but I was so frustrated with the first issue I described, that I had skimmed over some parts. I had no idea they were going to charge me for processing the paperwork. I thought they made money by getting us the refinance through whatever financial institution the client is approved for. Additionally, when these guys offered me a 129,000 mile warranty, they weren't upfront about the costs on that, either. In fact, it was said, and I quote, "Your refinance loan will come with a 129,000 mile warranty". I interpreted that as it being free. There was no mention of a price tag associated with it up until I saw it in the DocuSign forms that outlined the cost. It was very misleading. I plan to get a second car in about 6 months, but I am certain I won't do business with you guys again. In fact, from here on end, I plan to just do business directly with the financial institution.

They got me a good rate when I applied for refinancing with them, but in the end, I decided not to go with them due to their sales tactics on pushing GAP and an extended warranty on me, that I didn't want. I gave up and found a local lender with a rate that was almost as good, without having to buy GAP and an extended warranty. It's too bad as I was willing to use them, but it wasn't worth the hassle.

Very shady company and the credit union they go thru (kinecta) has no way to pay with their app. I want a redo. I'd go somewhere else. Or read all the fine print. I had the most easiest and greatest service from Ty with iLending who made a huge impact on myself and spouses finances. We have two auto loans and I had a 13% APR, thanks to receiving a letter specifically for Auto Refinacing I have it a try. I’m not going to lie I went to my original dealer who also offered the refinance option, but rather pressure me I to a new car at the same rate. I had to leave the dealership immediately and thought of going to a competitor dealer or purchasing a used car. Problems is I already really love my car so it was a tough decision. I was excited to receive a letter from iLending and found an offer that caught my interest. Showed as low as 5% APR, I was happy just for the thought of lowering my high interest rate. Once I heard 7% at a fixed rate I pushed through to put my down payment on the deal and was processed so quickly through it. I have to say Ty Bates was one of the friendliest & helpful reps that I wish was in every customer service call. He is definitely my go to guy and when my spouse also receives an iLending Auto Refinacing offer we will take it in consideration and reach out to iLending again. Couldn’t be happy with my new low payments and also skipping a few before starting again with my new financial institute. Thank you so much for this offer everyone should work on those payments and bring down their APR as soon as they can!

While they were able to get me a lower loan rate, I ended up with a loan more than what I was refinancing in the first place. The person helping me (Travis) did not communicate two very important things to me during the process. First, I had no idea there is a $500 charge for refinancing. I am not happy with the amount, but I get it. Second, they applied a paint/fabric protection as part of my loan. I do not need the service, but when he told me it was included, I figured, why not. It was included as a hidden $500 extra cost. The entire signing process was very rushed with no effort to explain the agreement in detail. It was also locked, so I could not review it before reaching out with questions. Everything was done quickly on the spot. After calling to remove the added protection from my agreement, they told me it was not possible. I would have rather put that extra $500 toward my loan. They then had the audacity to call and offer me a gift card as a way to make up for the experience. I am so disappointed... I well up when I realize I was just "had" for my hard earned dollars. Having faith in people and companies gets harder and harder with every experience.

Don't use this lender! This couldn't have been a worse experience for us. We refinanced an auto loan with iLending and now we have TWO notes on the same car because iLending still hasn't paid off our original loan. We've been accruing interest on both loans for over 8 weeks now. iLending is unethical by creating loans before making sure the original is paid off. They hold no stake in the problem they create because they're not a direct lender, they've already sold our loan they originated to the secondary market (our loan was sold to Kinecta). I couldn't possibly recommend this lender! *many of these 5-star reviews look to be fabricated

My guy is Phil tirey and he was smooth as silk guiding me through this process! If you do receive their brochure don’t dismiss it, check into them and see if they can make life a little bit better! This company has got to be hands down the most anti-military company I have encountered. I had worked out terms for a refinance on my vehicle with them. Everything was reaching the final steps of signing the new loan at which point I explained to the agent that my mailing address is different than my state of residency because I am active military and my home of record is in one state while I am stationed in another state. Despite this I still visit my home of record every couple months and will have the vehicle there. The vehicle is already registered in my home state with no issues from the DMV. The agent told me he had to check on this and would call me back. He called back to tell me the refinance offer is cancelled and they cannot have me living in a state different than where the vehicle is. I tried to ask for an explanation of why and asked would it matter if I was not military but had a summer home in another state? He responded with "this is the bank's rule, there's nothing I can do.".... I'm not sure if it's the agent that has an issue with my situation or the company but either way I'm left baffled and infuriated.

The company is a sham. The initial contact letter makes claims they do not follow through on. The representative takes your information, assures you a refinance will not be a problem. Also ensures you that your credit will not be affected. This company is also NOT a direct lender as their name states. All loans are submitted to third parties. Then come the excuses as to why they did not do what they promised. Finally I was told someone in a supervisory position would contact me. That has not happened. Stay far away from this company.

Where to begin. I got a letter in the mail stating I was pre-approved to refinance my car loan. I give them a call and at this point, I am dealing with a Jayleen Moss. I quickly gathered all the documents he needed from me and sent them over. Within a few days, he lets me know i was approved but there was an issue with my Social Security which the lender cannot move forward with. I said it was okay to leave my son in law on the new loan, which he said was possible and he would give me a call back as soon as he explored more options. I emailed him and called him for about 2 weeks, and i never heard back from him. I called their office 3 times, and i was told "oh yeah, Jayleen should be giving you a call in a few minutes." I never received any call from him, of course. So I call back, now I am dealing with a Jeff. His excuse for their horrible service was "Jayleen just had a baby and is on leave." Well, their office never mentioned that the 3 previous times I had called. Nonetheless, Jeff said we could leave my son in law on the loan, he would wait for the lender to get back to him and let me know when he had an answer. I had to call Jeff about 3 times as well before he picked up and said "the lender couldn't approve your son in law therefore we cannot move forward at this point." Mind you, I trusted Jayleen from the beginning because he painted everything so perfect. I kept insisting I needed someone to give me a call back as my car payment was due and I wasn't sure if the refinance process had been finalized. It took them about 3 weeks to say nothing could be done. All I have to say is the people that work for this company are very unprofessional. It should not take 3 weeks to give the customer a definite answer. I'm not too sure what exactly the problem was as I have refinanced my vehicle with another company who did their job within 1 business day. Had I known, I would have explored my refinancing options with other companies.

Please BE AWARE that this company is unethical! They have written most (if not ALL of the 5 star reviews on their page) as you can tell. They have created new profiles in order to write these reviews even mentioning employees by 1st and last name. lol! When people do business with someone they usually don't take the time to remember or mention these things! We worked with Robert and the communication was horrible! Messages were never responded to. We had to chase the company down for an answer and finally, when we were passed on to someone else, they mentioned the company that approved us wanted $4000 down at a 35% interest rate, which is unheard of and absolutely absurd! They guy I spoke with (A Manager!) said "yeah that's why we didn't call and let you know because we knew it wasn't great deal". Really?!..? So, Robert no longer wanted to do with us because our credit wasn't good enough seeing as how we were turned down, by a few other companies (submitted to many of them without us knowing/lied, but said that they had only ran our credit once as a hard pull and shared that with the loan companies so it wouldn't affect our credit)(LIES!), but they also didn't want to take the time to inform us so that we could at least move on to another company. Thanks for taking upon yourself to prolong our rough financial situation and waste our time! In this call, I informed them that we were already working with someone else, told them to hold off (after he said he guarantees us approval if he submits to another loan company). "I said absolutely not! Let's see what this other company says 1st. I will call YOU, if we are not approved." We then get a letter from the exact company he told me would say yes (+ 3 more) and found out that they went ahead and sent our informationand application through WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION! and we were denied... these are also on our credit report! To top it off, they added an additional $4000 to the loan amount, which is probably why we got denied, the car's not worth that much, but they wanted to pocket it so, therefore they did what they wanted!!!!!!! DO NOT do business with these Shady middle-men!!!

I spent a few weeks in contact with Matt, who was incredibly helpful, patient, and honest as I asked him numerous questions regarding my specific circumstances and decided whether refinancing was right for me. Around this time, I was in contact with a few other refinancing companies, and Matt and iLendingDirect stood out for their exceptional customer service. I didn’t feel pressured and I truly felt like I could go to Matt with any question and get an honest answer. He also ran a lot of different numbers and options for me so that I could know exactly what to expect. This was part of the reason that I ultimately narrowed my options down to just iLendingDirect, because the other companies made me feel pressured and as if they were trying to manipulate me into a deal that maybe wasn’t best for me or had misleading fine print. In spite of my wonderful experience, I didn’t end up refinancing through iLendingDirect — but only because my loan balance is so small that it made more sense to stay in my current loan. That being said, I’m super grateful to Matt for all of his help and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to them for future refinancing needs. We had issues with the old lender that we were paying off. They claimed to never get a check and were threatening to come take our car. I called in and ended up speaking to the manager Nick. Within a few hours he had all of the details and was able to help get the situation fixed. When I called I wasn't the nicest due to the circumstances and he was very patient and helpful. The first time I called a guy told me I was approved gave me all these numbers for what my payments would be and everything so I call him back to tell him I want to do it after going over it with my husband and for 2 days he never returns my call.
