I absolutely recommend Glenn’s for all your jewelry needs. I bought two of my wedding bands from them (2 I had gotten elsewhere) and wanted them all soldered together. I previously took them into a different jewler and they told me (and I quote) “it would be impossible to do it.” That’s when I knew I had to go to Glenn’s to get their opinion on it. When I got my ring back I fell even more in love with it! They did such an AMAZING job and it turned out even more beautiful than I anticipated! Every time I’ve been there it’s been the best experience. I have a very particular style when it comes to jewelry so it’s always been a struggle to find pieces I like enough to commit to. I wouldn’t describe myself as a “jewlery type of person” but they’ve always had an easy time knowing exactly what I want! The people working there don’t pressure you to buy anything or use tacky sales tactics like normal mall or big chain jewelry stores. If you haven’t been to Glenn’s, stop what you’re doing and go right now! You will be so happy you did!

My daughter is the one that told me about Glenn's Jewelry and loans. I went there to get a loan on a ring. What I found was 4 down to earth people and so very pleasant. I first met Nate the first time and we talked Football and I went back to do another loan. I then met Gayla, Pinky and Jane. It is great to do business with Glenn's. It is great to go to a business not all business where you can talk and be yourself .I have not found any other business like this in Colorado Springs. They have the best rates for loans, better then any Pawn Shop. And they have a great selection of Jewelry starting with wedding sets. The nice thing i like is they have people to work on your broken Jewelry right there on the spot. Most places send your Jewelry out to get fixed. So if your looking for a loan or to buy and get a great ring for your wife, or girlfriend, or husband or boyfriend or have broken Jewelry to get fixed, or sell your unwanted Jewelry, Glenn's is the best place in town. They have a nice store with selection and courteous staff that welcomed me to just browse unlike some other jewelry stores. Got a watch for my boyfriend for Christmas, and not only did they wrap it for me, but they also were nice enough to even recommend places for me to get it engraved. I was concerned that he'd know it was a watch since he's very hard to surprise. And when I told them this, they had an idea of wrapping it in an even bigger box, so he couldn't tell! So they wrapped the small box it came in, braced it in a bigger box (so my boyfriend couldn't shake it), and wrapped the big box too! He had no clue, and was completely surprised. Recently engaged! Thanks to Gayla we were able to find a ring that is absolutely gorgeous and VERY reasonably priced. We also appreciate the fact that she took time with us and educated us about diamonds. She also was very open to our budget limitations and had a variety of options for us to choose from. Because of our great experience I chose to have a ring cleaned and rhodium plated. It looks better than the day I purchased it. First off, I am a law enforcement officer, to give credibility to this review. I am always leery of dealing with people and businesses. I purchased a ring off the internet, and a stone fell out of the ring. I took it to Glenn's to see about repairing it. They gave me detailed information as to why it could not be repaired and what my options were. The internet site did not give me any of this information, or I would not have purchased this type of ring. I was in a bad position, and needed to purchase a second ring, which no one anticipates. I was helped by the sales staff, the manager, and eventually the owner. They were more than patient with me, empathized with my situation, and gave me numerous options so that I could get another ring. I brought my fiance in and they went through the entire process again with her!! She had the best time looking at rings and interacting with the staff, manager, and owner. In the end, she got a bigger, better ring, that she loves, and Glenn's gave me credit for my damaged ring(they did not have to do that). This enabled me to fix a terrible situation, and my fiance was happier in the end. You cannot trust many people in the world today, but I believe that Glenn's is an honest place that provides people with truthful information and quality products and service. I will definitely be back, and have told my friends and family to go there first. Again, I deal with criminals for a living, and it was nice to have a pleasant experience that restored my faith in people. The ring is beautiful, and in a way, I am lucky I walked into Glenn's. Not a day goes by that someone does not compliment my fiance's ring, and I could not have afforded this ring after my internet blunder, unless Glenn's worked with me. I appreciate their help and look forward to going back to shop for my ring.

I went to another place in town to see what they would offer, but Nathan at Glenn's Jewelry and Loans gave me $155 more. While I was there I asked if they would check the prongs on two other rings I was not selling. Not only did they check the prongs, they cleaned my rings for free. Do not go here for scrape gold or silver, they are super shady and offer very little money. The whole experience there was terrible. I went to Hallenback coin gallery and they give you 80% of the gold value and I did do business with Hallenback because they are fair and honest. Glenn's jewelry quoted 25$ for 2, 14caret gold rings and Hallenback offered 180$ and the lady who helped us at hallenback was super nice.

Today was my first time to the store. I am originally from Texas now living in the Springs. I cleaned out my jewelry box and decided to sell a few pieces that I no longer wear. I chose Glenn's after seeing their commercial a few times. When I entered the store no one greeted me, even though 3 sales people present. A lady came from the back and asked " How can I help you"? I told her I would like to sell some jewelry. I presented her the pieces. All of my pieces are unique, fine jewelry. She asked how much I was wanting. I gave her what I thought was a fair value for both the store and myself. She walked over to a gentleman who was looking at something on the counter and presented him the pieces. He never even looked up at me or even acknowledged me. He said to her he wasn't interested in my pieces and that the "ruby" was bad color. She came back and told me they were not interested in buying my jewelry because their cases are "too full" and suggested I go to a pawn shop. The gentleman never even examined my jewelry. What he thought was a ruby was actually a rubellite, ruby-red colored without orange or brown overtones.The experience left me feeling demeaned. Response from the owner5 hours ago It bothers us to hear that you were not greeted upon entering our store so we checked the security footage from your visit. Upon entering our store, there were two sales people helping other clients. Someone came from the back to greet you and that's when you stated you would like to sell your jewelry. We see dozens of pieces of jewelry a day. We take great care in evaluating and handling the jewelry that we see. Because we are presented with so much, we can't buy everything that we see. We've been an A+ member of the BBB and a part of this community for 18 years so it's not our goal to have someone feel "demeaned" in any way, we take customer relations very seriously and apologize if you left feeling this way. It isn't a matter of "IF" I left feeling feeling demeaned... I did...Sounds as though your business history has been a positive one, but possibly a change in practices/ training or personnel may be impacting customer service.

I have to say I really do like this store. You have to keep your wits about you when buying although for the most part the prices are ok. BUT I love love love rubies and they showed me a whole selection of or ruvvies they had to customize things. So when one of my Ruby rings lost a stone I took it to them. It is an antic ring with real stones with the deepest of red. It was repaired and you almost can't see where it was repaired and the stone was a dead on match in color and cut. Beautiful! I knew they could do that. When they get more stock I will buy again too.

Each time I come in, Pinky immediately recognizes me and calls me by name. She knows my "tastes" and shows me items she knows I would be interested in. I dont know anything about wedding jewelry and she really helped me make good choices for a solitaire setting for a loose diamond I purchased. Doug the Goldsmith was excellent both in educating me about using a 6 prong setting vs a 4 prong setting. More importantly Doug did spectacular work in setting the diamond! Nate was very helpful in explaining the technical information about the diamond, its value, and showed me the GIA etched report number. This place is a joke... Walk in to look at rings and they sell us 2!!! Then they call and it was sized a day early!!! Then they sell me a watch when we pick up the rings???? How dare they do this with all that friendly staff and great prices... I will be back to complain and probably leave with more
