I have gone through several finance companies but this is by far the best! I have never spoken with such professional people that are willing to help you out when needed! They never make me feel like Im in trouble if I have to make an arrangement and boy does that feel good! I will only do buisness with First Eagle from now on! P.S Virginia is AMAZING!

Today was the day my car got paid off, which shouldve tooken me 3 yrs to pay it off it only took 2. I was behind on quite of few payments but they always worked me which i greatly appreciated, they were kind, friendly and will be going back to them the next time i shop for a car

Well, my wife bought a car and first eagle was the loan company, she made her payments consecutively every month, then like every person goes through she had hardships keeping up on the payments. We moved and just had a baby , and she thought she told them her new address but obviously she didn't so anyways, they showed up to her old residence for repo, and told her family they were going to get her for Grand theft auto. Stupid scare tactics and gave my wife a close heart attack. She called them to tell them where the car was now located (mind you this isn't like the car was out of state, it was 100 miles from the loan company) and she told them she thought she changed the addressand where the car was and they literally laughed at her questioning her intelligence. At that point I took the call over and did not yell or curse, I simply said I am her husband and do not appreciate the threats you are saying, well they hung up on me, my wife called back and asked for the manager Rick, and I spoke with him calmly and said why didn't anyone call me and instead of threats why didn't you just call me to get the location , his statement was we never answered the phone , I said my wife may not have but no one called me and I would have answered. I advised him that his felony charge for Grand theft auto he wanted to press was null and I would contact a lawyer , he said that's fine this conversation ends here, I said I would call the bbb too. He hung up So I towed the car myself to the dam loan company and went inside to sign a voluntary repossession form, and what do you know that manager Rick was there , I asked politely to talk to him and that I had the car at his business and I want to end on a good note. Instead of that he says I'm busy I have a client and don't have time for this. Understood we didn't make payments because of hardships but we never did once hide or try to keep the vehicle from them. Really disappointed, I was the bigger person and obviously the manager has no sense of humility or the "testicular fortitude" to end things on a good note. Do not get a loan here

Disgusting people. If you're trying to build your credit do it a different way, these people look for struggling Americans and offer them a glimpse of hope for a 21% interest rate. They don't tell you however that they will be calling your family members if your 2 days late, they won't help you at all if you're struggling and have no remorse for people having trouble when they are forced to make 400 dollar a month payments and then have to get full coverage. Doesn't matter how long you've been a customer they still don't care about you. This is a loan office filled with robot people who bear no souls. Forget em, go somewhere else.

I had read nothing but bad reviews on this company when I bought my car so I was a little terrified about what I had gotten myself into. But after actually getting to experience them for myself I have no complaints. Virginia has been awesome with me and always works with me...Definitely 5 stars!!

So to make a long story short I bought a car at a car lot and did a Buy here Pay here loan with the car lot but since I was always on time and NEVER missed a car payment they sent me to First Eagle Funding Bank to build my credit score.. well we had a unexpected death in our family and my family was asked to help with funeral expences. My family didn't come from money so something unexpected like this we all try to come together and help out... So I asked First Eagle Funding Bank if I could skip a payment so I could help my family out and they said NO. Let me remind you that I have NEVER missed a payment or have NEVER been late!! I always pay on time or even before my expected car payment date. I'm just at AWW that this bank is so inconsiderate of things like this!! I have asked lots of people and they have told me that there banks have let them miss payments for way less and for me something like this should have definitely been a good enough reason to miss ONE payment. It's not like they weren't going to get paid. I have only a few payments left and I will NEVER go through this bank again. It just shows that this bank is all about the money and not the customer's. I don't recommend this bank and not only for this reason about the funeral but about red flags I seen about this bank even before this incident that I don't have time to list. First Eagle Funding is probably the the worst unprofessional.. inconsiderate.. bank I have ever been in business with and before you consider banking with them I would definitely look at other options because any other bank is better then this one.

First let me say that if you had/have a problem with the business, it's most likely that YOU have the problem and not them. Here is my experience. I have been/am a victim of identity theft. I am a veteran. Back in the nineties a laptop was stolen from the Atlanta VA. as a result hundreds of veterans had all of their personal information stolen. So, needless to say, and the sad fact is, my information was used for things like someone purchasing a house, under my name, in Ft. Meyers Fla. and other such transactions as well thereby dropping my credit score down to the very low 500s. So when I went to purchase a vehicle, no one would touch me. I was then directed to First Eagle Funding. These kind folks said, that they would give me a chance. Well here it is 8 years later and being trusted, I have been able to purchase 3 vehicles with no hesitation on their part. I am on time with payments, I don't write checks that could bounce, and if I do have a problem with paying, I explain the problem and they defer my payment with no hesitation. Life happens. They will absolutely go out of their way to help you.They are the most down to earth people I have ever met. I know definitely they will have my back. I have been told about people bouncing checks and blaming it on them. Shame on you! I was also told of a situation about Robert helping a client to get their car out of an impound yard or something to that effect. For some ungodly reason this client got mad at them. Again, shame on you. The folks at First Eagle Funding are there to HELP you NOT hinder you. Summary: Quit bouncing checks, Get your own house in order, and get a grip on your finances. Who knows. they may give you a great review should you ever want a new car. Lastly, for those who don't take advantage of their kindness and appreciate it, SHAME ON YOU! When I have had an issue like not being able to pay, or needing to pay late they have always been understanding and have worked with me to get things taken care of. I highly recommend them.

Took a chance on me, i read the loan agreement and make my payment on time. I've not had any issues with this company at all. OTHER THEN their phones dont work half the time.

In the beginning when I bought this this car and took it home, that was my first mistake. This was my first car so they took advantage of that. They called me at home and said that I needed to give them another $1000 or they were going to take the car back and wouldn’t be giving me back my trade in. Mind you this is my first car buying experience so I’m not too sure how it works. I’m freaking out because I think I won’t have a vehicle now. The car I bought is a 2007 Chevy cobolt that blue books for roughly $1100-$1500! My total when all is said and done is $12,510.30!!!! American Auto Sales and First Eagle Funding work hand in hand because they are all crooks. Contacted the better business bureau and now they won’t answer any phone calls or return any either. What a great way to do business. They pray on people that are starting with their credit or have had hardships. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU NEED A CAR!!!!

I am a CDL driver with a UPS address. I live in the Navajo Express truck. They tricked me into signing a loan with a fake address and now I am locked out of my Coinbase account due to KYC/AML regulations. It is costing me thousands in investment income. Country Auto Auction and American Auto Sales also lied to me on the phone and said I needed to sign Colorado state document to get a tag. It was not a state document, it was a loan document. Update. Eqifax was four years behind on my address which was causing me a lot of verification problems with cryptocurrency exchanges. First Eagle's efforts have fixed some problems and forced a much needed update. Untill the Crypterium banking system is fully functional later this year the war over oil scarcity banking system is what we have to work with. Thank you First Eagle and open a Coinbase account to move toward an abundant future.

Got a loan, well I co signed in 2001. The car was wrecked during a snow storm almost paid off. Owed 1000. They wrote it off in 2003. Then they filed a judgment in 2005. Now in 2017 they come after me for the 1000 plus interest and garnishing for 5450.00. 25% of income that's like 780.00 a month. Then in 2015 give us another loan on a vehicle which is being paid on as well...... Terrible way to do business.

This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with . I bought a car in February as soon as I got the car I had problems with the car. They Deferred a payment like that was really going to help me it didn't Just two weeks age I had it towed to the shop were they recommend that I go there. No w the engine is gone in the car and there is nothing that there going to help me me which is wrong. I going to report theem to the news and anybody else that will listen to me. Rick the Finance Manager is no good, I not giving them any stars
