Horrible customer service and they charge for everything you want to do if you’re not physically there to hand them cash like they live in the 1900s even if you use your card there it’s a ridiculous extra charge ATMs charge less to pull cash out of your own bank. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!

Absolutely worst bank I've ever dealt with. Car got totalled and I had gap insurance. When I called to make sure my gap insurance covered the remaining balance, I was told that it had and I was EVEN thanked for calling and keeping up with it. NEVER missed a payment. I have outstanding credit. And I am now getting phone calls saying that my pay out is 30 days passed due and if I don't pay the remaining balance in two days it will be reported on my credit. I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING in the mail.... And only got the first phone call less than two weeks ago. Your office isn't close and my husband and I only have one vehicle now and he was injured pretty badly in the accident so he has multiple appts all week and I am working my a** off to keep up with the bills. It isn't easy for us to get down there. To my knowledge I was done with this bank until that point. Horrible customer service. No wonder you have 2.3 stars. Maybe the way you handle your business is actually an issue. You'd probably be better off if people could make their payments over the phone instead of having to bring a check in person, unless that was also a lie I was told by an employee.

I've been a member since I was eight, and ACU has consistently unhelpful, suspicious of my uniformly above-board activity, and Claire Exum is incredibly rude behind a very fake looking smile. I hate this place, and 21 years later, I'm done dealing with them. Barely better than Wells Fargo.

Would be nice if the hours that the business is open be posted online before changing the location hours. So i get to sit here and wait.

They charge me $5 to cash a check from one of their customers I can see a shady corporate bank like Wells Fargo doing something like that but Wells Fargo doesn't even do it this is a poor excuse for a credit union

I am absolutely disgusted with this specific branch. My husband and I started with Aventa in Pueblo years back and had no problem. The account been my name on the vehicle rather than his. When moving to Springs we of course had to change locations. He goes in the store on Cascade every month pays the bill ON TIME , there has never been a problem. He went to pay off the vehicle today and an older lady, light skin , blonde hair was terribly rude to him. She refused to give him a balance because I was not present. Then he called me and offered to give her the phone to speak directly with me and she refused to even get on the phone. Then she lost track of the deposit she had taken from him. Then accuses him of not even giving her the money !!! She finds it doesn't apologize then has to recount the money several times because she doesn't even know what shes doing ! Then to top it all off she gives him a receipt and blacks out the account number and balance. Who is going to deny a paying customer, especially one whos been in this branch SEVERAL TIMES !!!! It is horrible and pathetic and I highly suggest avoiding this location. The Pueblo branch is much better ! So sad one horrible bitter lady has to ruin it.

Since new people working there, customer service has declined. Rude and at time unable to do simple tasks. Been a customer for over 20 years. Not happy there anymore. The worse is the new ATM outside the bank. Totally unsafe location and right by their dumpster where a person with bad intention can wait for you.

This place is such a joke. Every time I come in here there’s a line out the door, one teller who says “be right with you” then obsessively counts the same pile of money for 15 minutes while the line backs up farther. Generally the drive through teller notices eventually and slowly starts helping people. Pitiful

Their hours are inconsistant to other financial businesses. I hate walking up in the morning after 9 and yanking on a locked door in the middle of the week.

I do not bank here, But I did loose my Kindle Fire around there property somewhere. One of there customers brought it inside and they looked at the contacts and called my husband and got it to me. Thank you so much. We thought it was gone for good. Can not thank you enough.

helpful or hurtful? this place was hurtful to an 11 year old little boy today. i want to do a special shout out to the grown, overdressed bully that not only wouldnt let us have 6 rocks from their 3 billion landscaping rocks but also kicked us off the property.
