This was a nightmare of an experience. Dave and Kim seemingly went out of their way to make this difficult and trying experience a worst case scenario. Dave is incredibly arrogant and rude. Kim cannot figure out how to read (I guess)..... When they forget to do something or cannot comprehend simple language they will harass you and then blame you for their shortsightedness. Within 48 hours we sent them everything they asked for as far as the required paperwork and documents. Easily done considering it's only about 8 documents and around 12-15 pages. Then, 2 days before we were supposed to close on our loan they call and say we didn't send them the correct documents. They had 30 days to check out our paperwork and they waited until the last second to tell us we weren't going to be approved because of their inability to read. Which they quickly stated was our fault for not sending them the correct documents. Even though I forwarded them the email that same day showing we HAD sent the correct paperwork, they still said it was our problem, and they acted like they had never done a mortgage before. After we put out that fire, we were then told that we'd need to find a co-signer in a couple days time or we'd lose out on the home we'd already been approved to purchase. According to them, they're one of the nation's top loan providers and they in particular are "closing more loans than anyone else." But, somehow they don't even understand the loan process, or how to properly process the applications that they receive. Their ineptitude nearly cost us everything we had to lose. I found their condescending and rude behavior to be extremely unprofessional. But, if you're a gambler and want to risk being treated like an idiot and maybe lose out on your home purchase and be told that you are the reason they can't pull their heads out of their asses..... Then this is the team for you.

If you want to save time go somewhere else. I have used this company, as well as some friends of mine, and definitely regret that decision. They wait till the last minute to ask for documents but expect you to give it to them right away. I understand there is a lot of paperwork, but they ask an hour before they close and want it or the proses is delayed. How is that my fault when you had all day to tell me which ones you needed? Then closing day comes after 90 days of this crap and that day they deny you. Like I said if you want to save time and stress go somewhere else.
