Superb services. I'm a disabled Vet who fell on some hard times the past couple year. I've gotten scammed by folks claiming they're here to help Veterans in need and was on the verge of giving up. After a fire in my home, hail damage, and vehicle issues, I became overwhelmed in debt. I had some equity in my home but was hesitant to refi because I got the short end of the stick trying to consolidate debt through my bank. I sought guidance and a rep from my bank was kind enough to redirect me to Tim at 719 Lending. She let me know she too had a similar issue in the past and 719 helped her recover. I followed up on that tip and never felt better. I did not feel pressured to accept any loans, in fact I was very skeptical and indecisive from the start but Tim's attitude alone put my mind at ease. I explained my situation to Tim and we crunched numbers for the best possible interest rate that'll prevent me from having to return for another loan related to the same issue. It took me well over a month to finally get my property together for appraisal an never once did Tim pressue me to speed the pace. I was in that office at least 10 different times simply to change the numbers on my loan and the entire time Time focused on keeping the interest rates as low as possible and putting money back in my pocket. The best part of the entire deal is that 719 Lending is a brokerage team. Where the banks are limited on interest rate offers, 719 Lending isn't. Therefore, you'll get the most bang for your buck and without hurting your pockets they're able to get the lowest possible interest rate based on your credit and even the buy down on interest is still more economical in comparrison to banks. At the completion of our business I was able to clear my personal loan debt, credit card debt, my vehicle was paid off, my mortgage increase was about $200 and my home will be paid off in less than 15years. I've also had and opportunity to add upgrades to my property essentially improving the value down the line. The entire staff working with Tim has always been helpful and carried the most contagious positive attitudes every time we communicated. I can write a book on my experience at 719 Lending but first hand experience is the best way to see if my story checks out. I've already referred 2 other friends to 719 Lending and if there's ever another time I need financial assistance, 719 lending will be my first and final stop. My experience was amazing. They're a family oriented crew and it shows. Thank you all and best wishes in the future.
