Terrible terrible service. I financed a vehicle through them which later I realized what finances for a much higher apr than what others were offering. However, while signing the contract I was never told to pay 500 if I decide to return the vehicle. There was no such rule mentioned. Obviously being a busy person myself, I am not going to read every line in their contract, they never mentioned anything and now won’t take the car back. In fact I inititated a return even before 12 hours let alone 24 hours because I realized how they were trying to rip me off. They have called me on Monday to resolve this issue but if it doesn’t I’ll mention the names of the people who dragged me into my worst nightmare. From sales person to manager, everyone working here has no customer service agenda in their mind. They shove you off. Never reply. Never call back. Never update you on situation unless you go there and beg them for it. I regret ever entering Honda freeway and deciding to get a car. No wonder they have worst reviews posted online as well. Half the week their people are not even working in their office to respond to your queries, doubts and everything. They registered my car for 6 months when everyone does it for a year. Do not ever go to Honda. I’d suggest buying a vehicle with damaged wheels and engine than go to this place. Save your money guys! Do not let Honda rip you off in any way. I’ll update the review once my issue of returning the car is resolved or stays unresolved. The most shocking thing about their services and financial services of freeway Honda is that 2 hours after buying a car, I went to Audi and they are giving me cheaper certified pre-owner cars which is why I don’t want this car anymore and they are shoving me off when I try to return it within 12 hours let alone 24. Their services is so terrible and horrible that they won’t even take time to help their customers who have given bad reviews or even reply them.
