What a bunch of crap these unprofessional people that work here had me waiting all day for the manager to call me back just to be hateful when i called them to be turned down even us poor folk with bad credit deserve for you to call us back even with a simple we cant help you. Learn to run the buisness professionally or look for another job. Point blank

When I opened my loan I made about $1000 more than I make now. I've told them my income completely changed. I lost all benefits, lost my over time & bonuses, so I make less. They still called my employer today asking for garnishment address, when my assistant manager gave her the number to corporate she came back with can you give her a message to call me so I don't have to take this route? - Is it necessary to say your going to garnish my wages? Knowing damn well you MUST go through the corporate office for that why call my store ? Why mention my name? Calls are recorded!!! Amanda
