I had the misfortune of an incorrectly reported late payment from my mortgage servicing company, which could have had devastating consequences for my finances, especially with my youngest daughter heading for college next summer. After explaining my situation, the experts at Pennington immediately went to work, and, with unstinting dedication, resolve, and professionalism, we were able to correct my credit file to "Paid as Agreed", and now the three credit agencies report only on time payments. Due diligence and personal experience reveals that Jason, Brian, and Pennington as a whole are frauds of a Nigerian magnitude. The Better Business Bureau and The Ripoff Report explain that the whole thing is nothing but smoke and mirrors. Further, they don't return phone calls or even pay their employees and there are multiple complaints about this practice. And finally, the positive reviews written here we done by their African friends and relatives. Everyone else leaves negative reviews. Get as far away from this scam and this company as possible. They'll burn you just like the burned me and every else. You've been warned.

Pennington is a terrible company. Brian Otieno(spelling) is a huge crook. He "promised" me my credit was so good he would have me $50,000-$100,000 in 14 business days for a loan. Over a month later, I had 6 credit cards with a total of $27,000 in limits. He then charged me 7% of every card he got for me, often fraudulently running a credit card on file for the charges. Terrible experience overall, you know things aren't well whenever you are yelling on the phone so angry and the man who is supposed to be securing your business loan is yelling back at you, demeaning you. If you are looking for a business loan, DO NOT use them. They will make excuses and basically sign you up for high interest credit cards you do not want.
