I went into the brunswick branch and a representative helped me. She got my application filled out and then she told me that it would take one hour to get results and that she would call me, and at that point also to let me know what other info to bring in. She called, as I went back there I saw her outside and told her that I will wait for her inside. When I get inside another representative miss. Temple ask what I needed. I told her that I was waiting for the representative outside. She made a smirk on her face and turned to coworkers and made smirks. Then she said is this to complete your loan I said yes and she said I can help with that. This is my first time here so I thought I had to go to same representative to complete. Throughout doing the paperwork she was very unprofessional, she smacked gum or her mouth, she sang to the music out loud, if I told her one thing to write down, she made it clear to me in my face by writing something different. She stared at me in a crazy look as I signed.... I give a 3 star because the manager mr Lewis was very professional and helpful and because of him I continued.

My experience with World Finance has been amazing! This is my first loan and was needed to help build my credit. It has not only done my credit wonders, but every time I call or go in I am always greeted. Mrs. Diamond, Mr. Lewis, and Mrs. Yvette have been outstanding! I even filed my taxes with them this year after such outstanding service! You have a customer for life! Diamond went out of her way to call me and let me know her lunch hour and then called me as soon as she was back to let me know I could come her way. I am very busy and it’s hard for me to leave work and get back in a timely manner. However Diamond went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met and to make the process as fast as possible. I arrive and all my paperwork is waiting on me. Now that’s customer service!!!! Best place in town to get a loan! I am forever grateful for all of their help! They are always smiling when I go in. They make me feel at home and not just as if I am just a number!!!!!!
