Homeless people everywhere drunks stumbling around it homeless asking for money and food people fighting drug deals I would not recommend this library to anyone !!!!!

Homeless drug addicted alcoholic use this place as a hang out spot away from the mission. Police come roughly once a week. Last time I was there a man fell asleep in the bathroom. As far as libraries, this place has been ruined due to its patrons.

I'm disappointed that a public library closes so early. It NEEDS to stay open until late evening so people can actually use it. Everytime I go there after work it's always CLOSED! It's very frustrating.

I just moved from an east coast city that has more people than Casper, but has less technology than Casper does. The staff is more cheerful and helpful than want I had on the east coast.

I Aboulutly love how I can get a verity of movies. I can get movies here that are out of my reach to buy so renting items here is the way to go for me every now and then and here and there. :)

As usual the Natrona County Library staff is amazing. They are always helpful and friendly. The library it's self is a bit small. Especiall when it comes to how to books, leather craft, and just about any do it your self topic. I have never checked any movies or audio books but they seem to have a large selection. The drive up book drop is a bit high if your in something like a Honda Accord taller vehicles is not an issue. The outside of the building has a lot of people hanging around. Some appear to be on hard times. They loiter around smoking cigarettes and talking amongst themselves especially on the fringe of the parking lot. Lastly the library it's self seems to have a higher noise level than most libraries I've been in. Possibly due to the constant traffic the library always seems to have.

We just moved to Casper from Illinois and we are so impressed by the library here! We could not get a free library card back home and our old library had nothing on this one! The staff are amazing and so helpful! My daughter has a new-found appreciation for books and absolutely LOVES going to this library! I can not believe that it is absolutely free!

Kind of an older dated building, but they do great with what they have. Good selection of books! I like placing materials on hold and self checking out. I especially appreciate the email reminder when something due is coming up.

This library is just old and crappy. I asked a librarian were the restroom is and she said "the man's room is around the corner." How can you have bad grammar and work at a library? There is no soap in the bathroom because sketchy people probably mess up the bathroom. So many sketchy people they need a security guard. There are plenty of seats and electric outlets but few of them are near each other. WiFi, it's hard to watch a video.

Place reeks so bad from all the homeless trash that call this place home. Clean it up! take a shower people, your odor its offensive!!

My family enjoys the childrens section, movies etc! The staff has always been nice to me. Since its a PUBLIC library I don't mind homeless people there one bit. They deserve a nice book just like the rest of us do.
