Great Library but should have free parking. Parking Cop patrols this parking constantly. Dear Parking Cop we are good people trying to expand our knowledge. Go patrol some other place.

Poor customer service dealing with staff issues. I was garassed by the same librarian 3 times just for using an outlet in the teen center on the 2nd floor. She threatens to write me up for no reason. Nothing can be done about this according to other staff so all staff at this establishment can do anything they want whether its right or wrong. Very disappointing. I suggest anyone who goes here avoid the red head librarian.

I have been going here for nearly 40 years. It’s one of the reasons we moved to Sheboygan years ago. What a fantastic place. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

Good library but there's so much more that could be done to make it better. Needs an update so the patrons can charge media devices anywhere and not just at tables with uncomfortable chairs on 2nd floor. Lots of books just missing off shelves. Same red headed librarian seems to have an attitude with everybody. She should have been fired a year ago.

Nice library. Great prices! ; ) DVD section: I do find they don't carry and can't get quite a few films I've wanted. Selection seems limited. But what they do have is really a lot and I like the new release section. Also limited but only a dollar for a week!! I also like the study room, the computer access throughout the building, and the magazine/newspaper section. Very nice. One problem I've encountered regularly is that I can't ever find their holiday hours. It'd be great if they showed that info here...

Librarians kicked me out this afternoon for plugging in an out of order computer thinking i could use it. there was no sign. The red head needs to be fined and charged with harassment

Great selextions of books and seperate sections for different ages. There's also an eating area (vending machines available). I mostly go with my son to the children's book area and there are toys there that we don't have at home he can explore (large bead maze activity cubes, train table, duplo blocks, puzzles). I've also used the online card catalog to find books from the comfort of my own home. Then in a day or 2 I get a text alert that they are ready for pick up. If a book is at another library, it may take an extra day. So easy to check out books with there automated kiosks.

I've always liked this place. the librarians are very helpful in their work and the teen center on the third floor is a great place to hang out with friends. if you ever need help finding anything they are always free to help with that. if they see you looking in the wrong section like young adults when your an adult they'll ask if you need assistance.

I've never been to a library with a better equipped children's section, which encompasses a whole floor! There's a huge selection of movies , audio books, and music CDs. Free WiFi and lounge area, as well as books to read and books to buy.

I love this place! I was staying in Sheboygan for work & this was my go-to spot when I wanted to get out of my hotel room for a bit.

The library itself is nice, but the environment of it is not. There are always teenagers mostly hanging out in the front or in the foyer getting into trouble doing things like fighting and drugs. I see it every time I come here. Also, the quiet study hall is almost never quiet. There is always somebody having conversations or playing music. Somebody literally is watching football rn. It's the quiet study hall. People use this room to get work done without distractions. There is the entire library to be social instead of this room.

I like the Mead Public Library they offer a lot of different programs for kids and they have some for adults too, you can pretty much find any movie you are looking for and cds too, it's nice to get a movie or cd from them because you can have it for a week but some people abuse this system by not returning the item in 7 days or just keeping it, they have a very helpful staff, it would be nice if they could open before 9:00 in the morning

Imaginarium, excellent customer service and Media selection. Study rooms and computers. Classes and meeting rooms...etc. etc ...proud to have such a wonderful place to go. I'm happy Also to be be a Friend of Library as well, Now as of last month.

Its a beautiful library, 3 stories high. They have the 3rd floor dedicated just for children; books, dvds, snack rooms, and a little play land for small toddlers. The second floor has a room just for teens; bean bags, teen books, computers, and just all around cool room(: But my favorite place on the second floor has a HUGE study/quiet room that really never has people in it. Its got huge windows so you can study with just natural lighting and watch the sunset (its quite stunning) (: The first floor is just more books, audios, cds, and they have a section for books in large print (pretty cool). Also its handicap accessible. Oh, they've got computers on every floor as well. Why I went from 3-2-1 flooring layout is beyond me. All around huge library for the size of the city. But so many books, so little time. Anywho, hope this helped(:
