I do love the library and how organized everything is. Some of the employees are nice while others aren't. They should have a baby/toddler center with a teacher. So the parents can look at books while the kids play. Do you know how hard is to find something while your kid is acting foolish? You don't really want to whip them because you dont want to disrupt anyone. And you keep telling your kids to stay put but of course, they have their own minds. I was told to keep my daughter by my side and supervise her. Yeah I agree, but that's pretty hard when your child kinda just sneaks off. HAVING TODDLERS ARE HARD!

Most of the workers are nice and helpful but there are a few workers youll run into here that are rude or just a major inconvenience. Good library nonetheless

The library was very clean and had a ton of room but the facility is not adequate for getting anything done online. The internet is painfully slow and struggled the load a simple g-mail screen. The receipt printer that gave me my wi-fi password should have been an indication of things to come, but we found the Chocolate Moose Coffee Shop down the street that has good wi-fi and great coffee!

I loved it there I'm new to the Beckley area and they were super nice and helped me out they always are giving away old books so I got a few new books to read the day I went they were actually having a rummage sale so that was cool

I have been here several times and usually leave upset! Some of the employees are very rude and do not enjoy doing their jobs! However there are some people who are nice and willing to help you.Overall it is okay.

Very nice library and always friendly staff. Free parking and public restrooms. WiFi and PCs are available as well. Easy to notice from traffic.
