This library isn't as accommodating or as pleasant as the others in the Network. You're charged for simple things such as inter-library loans and DVD check-outs. I understand that it's a smaller library, however its patrons shouldn't have consequences for that reason. The selection is actually quite good, though, so you take the good with the bad.
