I had my first and last experience at this library today. The staff were not friendly, welcoming, or helpful. Since it was my and my children’s first time there (which they knew because I told them this a soon as we got there), I expect they would offer help or at least show us around. Nothing. Even when I asked for assistance, what they did provide was extremely minimal and quite frankly not helpful at all. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

It's the library. I've always loved the library. There are so many activities and services offered there. Look into it! And check out a book!

The staff loves discriminate against people with special needs. They complain about you and your cell phone and yell at you yet they al do all time get away and tell cant have mine what about them for are so superior and they are not God like they think they are and so mentally retarded and rules go all of not certain parties and would not reccomend little kids nor parents of little ones to there or people disabilites. It is very un safe environment for anyone to be in that library.

I really like the library, I do. It kind of hurts to give them 4 stars. Some of the staff are very helpful, and some are... not. The books are arranged strangely. The autobiographies are in the fiction section. Many books aren't on shelves but are on top of shelves or on racks in the aisles. This is fine except when you're looking for a specific book. The library catalogue is not easy to use. The system in general seems very outdated. When I search for authors I have to search Lastname Firstname (took me awhile to figure that out), searching titles required the exact title, searching subjects never returns books only more subjects. Not to mention the catalogue and all websites are case sensitive. I was really surprised to find out dvds cost $1 to check out. Interlibrary loan also costs $1 per item. They frequently have events, many of which seem like a lot of fun. And they have tax help during the tax season. I like the library, it's a great resource, but some things in it really need to be updated.
