Love the location. Love the selection. The staff is helpful. THE HOURS ARE HORRIBLE. IT'S CLOSED TO OFTEN. VERY DIFFICULT TO GET IN WHILE THEY'RE OPEN IN ORDER TO PICK UP MY RESERVED MATERIALS!

I live in the area now, and I've learned to appreciate the quietude of the building. When people say that this library is loud, I don't understand what they mean!! Have you been to Central?! Have you been to Capitol Hill?! This building seems quietly tucked in a community that seems reserved, but family friendly. I like it. It's small, perfect for reading or just picking up books.

I place holds online and the library emails me to pick them up, then again with due reminders. Also, they offer free tax help for seniors! It's great that they are open both Saturday and Sunday! When I have engaged with staff, they have been quite knowledgeable. For example, they helped me to set up an ePub app so I can read on my phone or tablet. I believe that there is a vast array of resources and programs here that I don't use, but that others might find to be great!

Helpful staff, however the building has to be over 100 years old, saw ants when I was there earlier this week by the book drop outside.

Such a quaint old brick building. I love the Seattle public library system and the ability to hold books and have them delivered to your local library.

Smaller than I expected and study area fills up fast even on a weekday. Helpful staff though.

Nice for picking up books, but can get as loud as a diner (folks talking, bookkeepers slamming books). Charming overall and well-suited for a short visit
