Psalm 23

I had an issue with one of the workers at the library over a 50 cent late charge that I was not aware of. I thought I returned that item on time. She got abrupt with me about it, so I reported it. I also had an issue with printing. I had to print a document twice because it did not come out right the first time. The employee that wears glasses and is Caucasian (I can't remember her name) got forward with me. I asked if she could shred my personal information. She said she would utilize it, and then shred it. I did not trust that, so I went back, and she got forward with me as if she was giving me assurance that she would. How do I really know that? It came across as if she was to be trusted as an individual, and not me. I cannot say if it was a race issue or not. Only God knows...Overall it is a nice library to go to.

This little branch is a Carnegie library, the building is beautiful and there is a gorgeous upstairs community room. Due to the size of the collection at this location, I usually order off the Bellingam Library website and pick up/ drop off in Fairhaven rather than browsing in person. They do have a fun selection of new books near the front entrance, and a wonderful fireplace to cozy up to during the long grey Autumn and Winter.
