My home away from home! Been going all my life. And now they have an app to read and listen to books for the younger generation. And for the busy mama.

Nice facility with many interactive choices. Also lots of things to do there, from crafting to learning another language. You can find it there. You can also borrow DVD's and audio books, great for someone who can't read anymore. Also many large print books available... Great place for small kids as well. Only drawback is they are closed on Sundays, and some days they close very early. I'd love to see some extended hours...

Great Staff!! Great Children's Section. I'm guessing, but probably 25 computers (which seem to always be busy). Tons of books. Lots of room for reading, studying, etc.. Many events every week ex: Bingo, Computer Class, Kids reading, Book Clubs. Only one issue: I literally went in with a list of over 50 books all of which were in the "Self Help" genre. I found 2. I made multiple requests for books. I must say, some of the books were available on via Audio books online with Hoopla, also there 2 were available as Ebooks. I just personally cannot listen to a book, and I try not to stare at a screen all day for ebooks. I typically am working while listening, and my thoughts take over and the book ends up being background noise. Overall Great Library!! Just wish there were more books for life coaches. All the attention seems to be on the computers and kids. Staff: 5/5 Location: 5/5 (Pretty much the middle of Lynchburg) Events: 5/5 (Bingo, Computer Classes, Book Club, Children Reading) Cleanliness: 5/5
