I have to give a very honest review. While I may enjoy sitting by the window and reading here, the ladies that work the front desk aren't very kind. It depends on who you get, but you'll know if it's someone that hates their job. I've been treated very poorly before and so has my family member with special needs.

Nice building but the staff could show a bit more interest. Getting a library card, I was pointed to a computer to fill out the form with vague instructions. When I asked for help from the person behind the big square desk, by the videos, I was given more instructions and sent back to the computer. Wish the staff would get up and be more helpful. There was no one else to wait on at the time.

This is my favorite of the Handley libraries because of the nice children's section, easy parking, and helpful staff. It is a comfortable and relaxing place to settle down with a good book. You can finish your visit with a short walk out to the pretty little lake.

This is most definitely the best library I have ever experienced and it seems others agree as it has grown tremendously in popularity since I was awarded my first library card many years ago. The atmosphere is good for learning (but relaxed) and it is always fun to see how excited the kids are after a special program with Donna. I am always impressed with how up to date and relevant the resources are kept and how dedicated and creative the staff is in coming up with new ways to present them. This is truly a community focused institution in an area where few exist.

I drove 25 miles to go to the library bc the website states they are open today, yet the sign on the door says closed. May want to keep the website updated on holiday hours if they are subject to change.

Reserved a book on monday. They told me someone took it on Wednesday. When asked about it was totally disrespected and frankly disregarded. Even though someone didnt do their job for a whoke 2 days. How long does it take to get a book off a shelf REALLY

Good selection of books but the staff could use some work. They swore I had not returned a book and told me it was overdue when I know I returned it. A few weeks later they finally found it. From talking with others I'm not the first to have this happen
