We are so lucky to have a library! They've had a lot of new faces the last several months but they're all so nice and helpful.

This place is so small and we did not know how to find the books they were using a old system that we did not knew the one at Mountain trails is better and big we did got a book and it was a good book but it was not fun. The people at the desk were nice. but finding the books was not fun. Just go to the Lehi library it is much bigger and there are more books. And it's ginormous.

Staff is great. Flexible Internet and printing services. Fun programs for younger children. Not a huge selection but they do have the hottest books usually in Stock. Dvd selection is great lots of family movies to rent.

I would give this library 5 stars if it weren't for the one of the staff. We went in to get a library card and the lady (the one with brown hair and black glasses) that helped us was very rude and short the entire time I had to deal with her. We had everything ready and it was all complete on our end, but she was impatient and condescending the entire time. I can't believe they would put her at the front desk with her bad attitude. The library as a lot of the current popular books and a good selection in general. All the other staff we ran into were very nice and helpful and the library was clean and seemed well maintained in general. If we hadn't had such a bad experience with the one lady I would rate it all five stars.

I love the location of the Library! It's so nice to have somewhere to take my kids that I can walk to. Since we have to drive 15 minutes to really get anywhere else I appreciate the location. I love the activities they have for the children weekly and the staff is always very friendly!

Helpful staff and friendly workers! Selection is limited, but can make requests and it's expected since it's so small and in a newer developing community. Good with electronic borrows, printing and other services. I expected it to be larger from outside, but it's a shared building with city services and runs efficiently. I'm sure it'll slowly outgrow itself and move close by, hopefully.

Small library and not a very good selection. It's also in the middle of nowhere. Most eagle mountain residence never go out to the city center so it's a pain to drive that far. I'd rather pay extra and go to Lehi on my way home than to go out to city center. The staff is nice. Not nice enough to waive a one-day-late fee on a book bc I didn't want to drive the 15 mins there and 15 mins back home to turn the book back in on time (It was 1 day late). They should have a book return box near the ranches entrance or something.
