My favorite library in Nashville. The librarians are always so helpful. My kids and I visit this location at least once a week. They always have my book reservations in a timely manner.

Drove all the way over here to renew my card. Got there at 530 (they close at 6) only to be told they wouldn’t allow me to pay 10 dollars because they had already pulled all of the cash drawers at 5pm. Told me I’ll have to come back another day. Incredibly unprofessional. It’s not that hard to add 10 dollars to a drawer count.

The staff is nice but they talk A LOT and very loudly. It sounds like a hair salon in there more than a library. You can hear the hand dryers in the bathroom super loud ever few seconds and the sound echoes through the library. Hard to concentrate.

This is an unbelievable place. If you love books, this is a great place to hang out. Its not all about books too. If you fancy it, there are yoga, zumba activities to be done, theres a childrens play area as well. The library is free to enter and the membership is also totally free. You can checkout upto a whooping 100 items at a time!!! including books, audiobooks, CDs, DVDs or Playaways. The staff are helpful and pleasant. The checkout process is really smooth with items easily scanned against your membership card. Overall a great place. Definitely recommended.

I mean what do I say? It's one of the finest libraries in the state. Architecturealy it's newish. Got a school vibe. Book selection is very good. Staff is very experienced, and patient with my ignorant person.

There is nothing more frustrating than driving 30 minutes in traffic and arriving well before their closing time at 6pm just to be told they can’t renew a library card because they already counted the money for the day. If you don’t close until 6, and it’s only 5:30, why would you close out the registers at 5? Just workers trying to get out early.
