The first time I went into this facility, I was helped greatly by the male receptionist at the front desk. I needed a resume printed out and he was swift with his customer service and helped me start to finish. The second time I made a visit, I wish this gentlemen was available. I walked in to a receptionist on the phone(handling work business). I also noticed several other females behind the desk, roughly 6 feet away, talking with each other. After about two minutes the lady on the phone expressed that the females who were conversing could help me. I already figured this as two seen me walk to the desk and stand there waiting. I thought how rude to ignore a customer for their own personal conversations while someone needed assistance. Then when I went to them, one of the females asked if she could help but sounded like she did not want to. I hope some action is taken against this as I worked retail before and would have been in trouble if I exhibited this behavior. Thank you.
