Very noisy for a library, I know it's impossible to have absolute silence because people may need help finding things but the noise volume more than usually. Will consider finding another library. However, the workers are very friendly and helpful and the establishment is very clean but the nosie volume was just unbearable; probably a more suitable library for children

Great small library. You can go online and request just about any book you’d like and have it delivered to pick up here. Really chic decor, and very comfortable children’s space. Very interesting children’s programs also.

The Only One

Been going to this location for over 10 years or more, professional staff and very comfortable for me. Professionalism is very consistent at this location (Cooper Branch) and the Manager is extremely caring and kindly efficient.....! (Trenholm Road, Forest Acres) Recently, I have been asked before the summer started upon a reason of reservation of a private room, been noticing that they been having alot of librarians from other branches come to this location and asking me several questions upon doing this, I understand that changes occur in time and this was tolerable until it reach a boiling point with me to where I am no longer satisfied with this. This was a 5-star posting but "inconsistent services" have taken over this location and this is not convenient to me no longer.

By far one of the nicest little local libraries I have been to in awhile. I heavily utilize their free printing service and they have a pretty easy to use system for computer sign ups. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. If I had to give any negative it would be the amount of property taxes I have to pay to have such nice libraries. Ha!
