I do not have printer at home, so I had to go to the library. I love this little place, it was very quiet and I was told how to use the printer. I will be glad when they do get a larger place. I love going here to pick up books I have placed on hold.

I really love this place, very peaceful and quiet! Love how they have big pillow on the ground to flop on. Great idea to put a pretend tent for the kids and also the puppets were a hit with the little ones! I really would like to see a Chess board to be added to the library. That would be very fun for adult to play chess and maybe have some chess competition once in a while or maybe other board games?

The staff told me the internet outside. I understand that they were closing in 5 minutes, but there were multiple other families still in the building. I happened to be the only woman of color. As nice as the establishment is, my and I probably won’t be returning due to the treatment of that one staff member. I have other options thanks to my RCPL membership. However, went out of my way to visit this particular location today.

Really lovely place! I'm very impressed with the friendly attitudes and helpfulness of every staff member I've spoken to, on the phone and in person. The building is really accessible to children and their families, and I'm happy to see the inclusion of our youth in programs and design alike. Really great stuff!

Extremely disappointed in this new library. The FRESH PICKS are not that fresh and the NEWLY ARRIVED are at least a year or more old. There's a lot of wasted space where there could be more books. The parking lot is ridiculous. More parking is needed. Please tell me why there is a play area in a library for children. This is a LIBRARY not a playground.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and the selection of books available is good. My biggest disappointment is the noise level - children tend to run wild here, and due to the openness of the building, the sound just intensifies. It's very hard to concentrate on work. I do wish the old rules of a quiet library were observed and enforced.

Traffic pattern for entry/exit is horrendous. Should have been fixed before the library opened. There will be serious traffic issues and incidents at this new location until the traffic pattern is fixed with new turn lanes. Also, the book drop is way too high. Many people cannot reach, yet folks at drive through window won't take returns: "that's what the drop box is for..." Still, very pretty building.

This branch is in a new building and it's so nice to bring the kids to. Lots of space for them to play with puzzles, lighted table with blocks, building wooden structures, big table for colouring, a little "house" to sit and read in... plus they always have special classes being offered for all age groups. We really love the baby/toddler story time and the toddler art sessions! The staff here are mostly really nice and helpful! They will even remember your names when you are a regular. They are happy to help you find something. We love visiting our library!

This library is beautifully designed. I love how they seem to have used local artists to create little exhibits around the library. In the kids section, there is a fun yarn sculpture hanging above the reading area. And in the entrance, there is also a fun mobile art display. The family story time on Fridays is one of our favorites, because of the lady who does it. She told us that she practices the songs ahead of time for the kids, so there is always fresh material and new fun songs/books for the children. There is also a family bathroom and I believe a nursing room if needed. We love it here!

Love the staff. Always friendly, smiling, and very helpful. Director is exremely professional and friendly. Atmosphere is extra enviting. I enjoy going there.

This is a wonderful local library. The librarians are polite and very helpful. If they do not have what you need at this smaller branch; they will request it from another library. They will receive your request in just a couple of days. It's wonderfully convenient. They will even text you when your items arrive for pickup.

Love this library. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can order anything from the main library downtown and pick it up there. Will be nice when the new one opens.
