This library is the most supportive of work-from-home/telecommuters I've ever seen. It has collaborative spaces beyond the stacks -- which is great for taking conference calls or meeting with others in person. It's spacious and has ample seating, with plenty of tables for working quietly. The staff is friendly and seems to be quite customer-service oriented. I'm really impressed and this is probably one of the most professionally run, most forward-thinking libraries in Rhode Island. It should be a model for others. People who work from home (e.g., tech professionals like myself) need a place beyond the coffee shops for quiet work, yet also need collaborative space. This library, by design or not, seems to really support both needs.

Excellent Library, Very Friendly, Organized Staff, I have 3 library cards because I travel to Texas and California also, DESPITE LESS RESOURCES, YOU HAVE THE BEST IN MAGAZINES and regarding books, if you don't have it, you get it PRONTO.

The Netflix Addict
They kicked my friends and I out of the childrens playhouses. They said it was only for "preschoolers". All we were doing was having a funny puppet show. Very rude. Do not recommend.
