The MNL is a wonderful place. The staff are all kind and welcoming, and the building itself has a beautiful architecture. It's one of those rare places where the staff truly care about their community.

Beautiful building, very comfortable. The only down fall is it is very hard to find a quiet spot. If you sit on the first floor the employees talk to one another and to people coming in. They talk very loudly. So I went upstairs to the second floor to find some quietness. No such luck. Employees talking very loudly. Conversations were loud. I wish they would make an area a quiet zone of minimal conversation. Employees and other people that were talking using loud voices and were not even attempting to whisper. A very aggravating experience when you come here to read and study for a very important class. I came here for the quietness. This is why it was rated a 1 star. The place is beautiful and clean. Just the noise over did it.

Wonderful Library with very accommodating staff. The Library is historic in architecture and feel but it also has up-to-date technology for a seamlessly pleasant learning experience. It's a fabulous yet unostentatious place to experience because its staff is welcoming and humble and its patrons are mature folk. There are places to sit and read amongst a group of other readers or one can find a quiet place to read alone or study. The Library grounds, shrubs, and trees are just as pleasant and well kempt. It's a welcoming, special place that exhibits respect, decency, and peace for learning.
