Unlike most libraries in Providence, there is seldom a wait to have computer access. Clean and well organized. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. There is a billboard at the entrance with upcoming events for several area libraries, including what ages are recommended. There is an area for purchasing books, and also some items that are free to bring home.

Don't like it there. Couldn't talk on my phone for two seconds when there was nobody in there. Won't be going back. Have no customers and scare away the few that go there
