Not all but I'd say most workers that I've encountered with that work here are rude. No matter what question you ask or whatever you need they are always ready for a confrontation. I don't understand what's with all the attitude.

Incompetent If I had a choice I'd go anywhere but here I paid my taxes and they still think they can charge the public to rent dvds The library internet is always down They always lose the book I requested and it takes them 20minutes to find it At the audio visual desk upstairs, the guy Charles, is cool but don't try to check out a DVD if that girl is working. She has an attitude and is always rude to me every time I come in. She never pays attention to the desk. Today she was on her cell phone and made me wait. Then she continued her conversation while checking out my dvds. There was a guy listening to music out loud right there on the first floor. I was sitting directly across the room and decided to turn my music on. The 7$8@!! librarian tries to tell ME to turn it down. so I turned it up. This. Library. Sucks.!!!

When i owe them 15 cents for an overdue book, they refuse to let me use their computer lab. They owe me much more than 15 cents for a lost book that was found. I have been waiting for about six weeks. i went into the library to complain a couple weeks ago and still do not have the check. Initially, they told me I'd have the check in a week or so.
