A great library for everyone, we borrow books all the time and it’s just great the programs they have for kids and babies. My wife and 8 months old daughter are fans of baby mania on Thursdays . Really great place for family, and everyone who works there is nice and friendly.

This is a great public library in a beautiful location in Manheim Township. The selection of books and DVDs are better than most. There is a children's center as well as a small cafe. They also offer passport services by appointment!

Hung up on by the library director? MTPL used to be one of my favorite libraries until my son borrowed a disc from the library and the CD stuck in our van's player. When I shared my concerns with MTPL, I was told I would get a return call but never did. The following week, I followed up with the director and was told that she would be in touch. Again, no response. Third time's the charm? Not always. My attempt to get straight answers was met with the director cutting me off, talking over me and finally hanging up. Is this what my tax dollars are producing? Extremely disappointed and stuck with a CD player that now does not work.

Wonderful library with a wonderful staff, especially in the Children's room. There are so many programs and activities for kids of all ages, and the enthusiasm of the staff is infectious. We also love the lego free play.

I love this library, it is wonderful. The selection of books in both the children and adult areas of the library is phenomenal. There are programs for the kids, and interesting events for adults. I love the small art exhibits in the front- the kids I nanny love checking them out each time we come. There are plenty of computers. As a nanny this library has been a godsend and I recommend it to all the parents I talk to. I can get books, movies, books on tape and even tablets for the kids to use. I used my card to sign up with Hoopla and get audiobook and movie downloads for free. I can't say enough good things about this library! It is a gift to the community.

MTPL is a wonderful place to relax, research, or peruse the shelves. It houses a nice selection of movies, audio books, traditionally formatted books, large print books, and ebooks and resources. If MTPL does not have an item you are looking for, you (or they) can order it from another library and pick it up there a few days later. Very convenient. We are very fortunate to have our awesome library in the heart of our community.

I have been a user of MTPL for more than 10 year. The building came later. The PEOPLE at the library are just wonderful. The facility adds to the greatness of the people working there. They are friendly, courteous, helpful and go out of their way to find what you want or need. Yes the building is beautiful with ambiance, lots of light and open layout. The seating is very comfortable. The view looking out is beautiful in all the seasons. We need to support them.

Nice new place with beutiful view. That being said, it's a horrible place to study or read in a quiet place. People have no clue that they are actually in a "library" no one gives respect for the library it's really hard to read. Load people and they sometimes think they are in a club or something.

One of the nicest libraries in the area. New inside and out, good location and setting. Library staff seems pleasant. Nice big windows for good view to sit down and read. Several work stations if you want to log onto a computer. This library also has a cafe with coffee and food as well as a kids area with fun places to read. Also, meeting and conference rooms too.
