Autumsphonix's (negative eval of Clymer staff) review is highly unrepresentative of the extremely responsive, helpful and friendly staff at Clymer starting with the Director, Laura Laspe. The library has a great selection of audio and regular books, is very child-friendly, and hosts interesting events from time to time. A great asset to the Pocono community. PS: books can be conveniently renewed on line!!

Ive been going there for more than 5 years and they never have anything im looking for. My son needs to do a report this summer along with every junior at pmwhs. Guess what, they dont have that book either. Wuthering Heights, a classic, they dont have that either

Fantastic little gem staffed by wonderful professionals and volunteers. Great children's reading program with plenty of activities each summer. Non-residents can join the library for $20 a year; a steal. Good selection of books and DVDs, and if you don't find what you are looking for, you can order via an inter-library loan.

The staff is just unfriendly. After coming from the mount pocono library, it is worth the extra miles to go somewhere friendly and with a larger selection than the Clymer library. It's cool that it is a historic building though, always fun to learn about the history of an area!
