"Great space", from an earlier review is right: this is a modern, clean, beautiful facility (the ladies' room is a stunning fusion of homey and high-tech). There are zillions of computers to use. Super comfy chairs in several sitting areas. Here's my view today: [photo] I almost had a meltdown about the sculpture in front; Kirsten at the Adults Info desk (it's obvious that she loves her job) was happy to email me articles about it... In summer, the focus seems largely upon kids and reading - which is of course, fantastic - yet here, they're having a drawing for a gift basket - with some reeeeeally cool stuff! - for every individual that reads, listens, etc., to achieve a total of 1000 points! Libraries are some of my favorite places; this particular House-Of-Wayyyy-More-Than-Books is an excellent one!

Always a good experience. Not quiet the selection as the Moore location but the online selection and hold process works great for a convenient pick-up location.

The Southwest OKC Library is aa amazing place for people of all ages. This library is always hosting events and welcoming new people. They have summer Teen volunteering services and Children's Storytimes. I highly support everything about this library and hope that you will too.

Libraries are suppose to be quiet spaces. I tried to come to this library to study for my classes, it is SO loud, even in the study rooms you can hear every word from the room next door. No one has any consideration and hardly anyone even attempts to be quiet. Children are allowed to run and scream up and down isles. The adults that are conducting tutoring sessions are actually the loudest. In addition there isn't enough tables to sit at. I thought If I came to the library there would be quiet space to study, not that case with this one.
