A perfect library for this community! Midwest City Library is large enough to hold a great selection on a broad range of topics but not so large you get lost. And if they don't have what you are looking for the staff is happy to help you with placing a hold or arranging an Inter-library Loan. The building is a bit dated but they've upgraded their meeting & reading rooms. A great library!

I love my library, people are very friendly and I think it's a nice atmosphere. I don't think libraries have to be dead silent, and I'm glad the kids have a place to go. As for the computers, not everyone has access to one, so I think the way they manage it with sign-ups for a certain length of time works well. I have a laptop and an iPad, but not a printer, so I occasionally go there and use the computer to print out things I need, for just a few cents a page.

What a joke of a library. I'm not sure when libraries became hangouts for after school activities, but this library is the loudest I've ever been in, in the past 25 years. Even the adults are answering phone calls, walking through and talking loudly, and even rudely tapping on tables as they screw around on their dumb online games. The library staff and guard do absolutely nothing to keep this facility a nice quiet place to work on school or homework. If you are looking for a quiet library look elsewhere. The staff at this library needs to take more pride in their library and do something other than surf the Internet and to tell loud patrons to keep it down or leave. It's darned near as loud as the mall.

I've been going to this library since I was a very little boy. Always brings back good memories whenever I come in and borrow a few books. Hasn't changed much over the years but there's always plenty of reading material to satisfy any possible interest or curiosity. The staff have always been friendly and ever helpful. Lots of computers available. Clean, well maintained and organized library overall. Been a staple of my childhood and the Midwest City community for decades and I hope it will continue to do so for many more years to come.

Great place to go to get a quick copy of an e-mail. Plus you can e-mail copies to people for free. The staff are always quick to help in any situation. Oh and as a bonus it's also a library! Lol

I don't really care for going here because when I need quiet time with no distractions to do studying there are always people on their phones talking loudly. The computers are constantly being used for Facebook and computer games.. and I asked if I could use a computer that someone had been at for over an hour doing social media because I needed to type a paper for school... and the woman was very upset, even voiced that I was bothering her and it wasn't her fault I didn't own a printer at home. I will likely not return.

I think this is a very nice looking library. It's always clean and tidy. After school activities do not bother me....id rather have the kids in the library than running the streets. People need to learn to reserve a computer. With a reservation they won't have the problem of not getting on a computer in order to do their homework paper or whatever. The only way a person can neon a computer longer than 1 hour is that no one had put the computer on reservation. So that's on them. As you can tell, I read a couple of the complaining reviews on here. In my opinion, they have no merit. This is a great library.

me and my kids always have a good time. the loud kid comments are some what true but that's the parents fault for not teaching their kids library etiquette not the library or the librarians.

Nice quiet place to just do you without staff circling like buzzards but also very attentive and helpful when something is asked of them. Great place to spend quality time with your kids of ANY AGE! Great place to learn and play together! LOVE IT!
