People are friendly but as I was sitting in one of their chairs I was thinking that I was getting eaten by mosquitoes or mosquito but I found bed bugs crawling around the seam of the chair

Very well kept, quiet atmosphere (you'd be surprised how many libraries are not quiet), ample comfortable seating/desks. There's a security guard :). One suggestion: an outlet for every desk or chair...so no matter where you choose to sit, you can charge your phone or laptop.

The staff here is delightful, the layout of the kids area is what made me choose this library to be our library, we even bought a house that's closer to this library with the intention of building more community within the belle isle area! Ms. Cindy is my favorite, she's very lively!

Relaxed atmosphere, wide open and airy feeling because of the architecture, yet warm and cozy because of the lay out. It's very bright and has a happy uplifting feeling about it. The staff has always been courteous and very softly kind with us as we've asked for help and checked items out. I am very very pleased. =-)
