Very polite and professional staff, and a wealth of materials, including some very rare items.

The State Library of Ohio serves as a depository for federal and state documents; this library also has a circulating collection that is similar to that of most libraries. This massive collection is located in a large building that formerly had been a part of the former Jeffery Manufacturing Company [where my father used to work]. The Columbus Site of the Kent State University School of Library and Information Science is also located there. The Ohioana Library [that includes more than 45,000 books, 10,000 pieces of sheet music, and approximately 20,000 biographical files on Ohio writers, musicians, and artists] is also located there. The Columbus Advisory Committee on Disability Issues [CACDI] usually holds its monthly meetings at the State Library of Ohio though that committee occasionally meets elsewhere.
