Lee Anne is incompetant, rude, dishelpful and I literally always cringe when I go to check books out and see her at the counter. How she is allowed to work here is beyond me. Such a shame that my tax dollars go toward someone like her. No customer service skills, no basic computer skills and even her reading comprehesnsion is lacking. Several times I had an issue with her. I am at this library on a daily basis. If this continues to be an issue, I will be vocal toward the City, The Mayors Office, The Youngstown Alderman and the Public Library Board..... I will also tell everyone within the community about how horrible she is until attendance and funding of this library begins to decrease.
