The security here makes going here unpleasant. I understand that there are a lot of homeless but it doesn't feel like a fun place. However, perhaps there are incidents in the past that has caused them to be so heavy handed. The design of the library, book and audio visual is top notch.

I always find treasures in the main library. I love that it's close enough to walk to. The staff there and at the Locke branch are the best. Thanks for always, making my experience great.

This is an Awsome and Awe inspiring Library! You and your family welcome to unload all the stress of everyday life and sit down to enjoy yourself with beautiful stories ranging all ages and many different forms and methods of story telling. This place has sections for all kinds of ages, as you walk through the Library you unlock a little bit more of yourself with every room. My daughter loves the library and we visit the library every other weekend for my sons lego team while my daughter checks out the childrens library upstairs and Teen area. Has a place for everyone and I think thats awesome. Very clean and I think its a great place for a wedding as well.

My favorite spot in Toledo. Huge library with different floors for different resources. Also a lot of police officers walking around to make sure the homeless people don't doze off.

Home Beautiful Home. My absolutely favorite places in Toledo. I'm there so often, I deserve honorary librarians position. Just one complaint, security officers. They aren't properly trained. Enjoy shopping at gift shop, nice creative finds. The cafe used to be good. Lately food is different and new employees. Unsure of why, it's so different.

I was shocked on how nice and large this library is. The children's area is nice. Three stories high and a large library. I will be making a day trip to this location soon to be able to check it out in more detail. They were allowing our girl scout troops to have a fairy tale ball there.

I used to love this library. Now, I'm not coming back. The security guards here accused me and my friend of stalking a security guard. Which is not true at all. Yelled at me and wouldn't let me explain myself. Will be taking my buisness elsewhere.

This was my first and unfortunately last time here. I went in to study for a major exam. The staff was helpful in showing me where to go, how to print and what online resources might benefit me. I settled in a black chair in front of a glass case harboring important books. After about 45 minutes I began to itch and scratch. I moved chairs as the area grew a little louder. I was then sitting in front of the left wing conference and study rooms. The itching on my leg became unbearable. I found the restroom and removed my leggings to find 5 large bed bug bites. I had been no where else other than my home prior. I know it happened there and I'm so disgusted. This place has great staff and excellent resources but I'd never risk bringin bedbugs home or get bitten by them for the sake of a semi quiet place to study. Repulsive

Each visit seem to be a new discovery. Magazines and reference material have always been easy to access for research... Spacious flowring and furniture placement provides the perfect ambience for reading. Staff are attentive and helpful with daily events and speakers which connects the experience of learning.

The staff here are awesome. I needed a book on short notice and a wonderful librarian in the humanities department foundi it and two others that were a great help to me! I LOVE THIS LIBRARY!!!
