One of the best public libraries in Northeast Ohio. Susan and the gang do an awesome job of supporting the community, who in turn take good care of the library, as well. Not only is it clean and with a friendly staff, but they have multiple outreach programs into the schools and other community organizations to help support Andover!

What a horrible waste of money. Did not have book wanted, so gets it In which was greatly appreciated, however sent it back three days later. Some residents of the community still have jobs and contribute and three days is not an acceptable time to wait to pick up books. It took them longer than three days to get book in. What a total waste of taxpayers money!,,,, will never return and protest any funding to this governmental waste of taxpayer funding.

Wonderful staff. Helpful and very nice. I love all the wonderful stuff they offer for the kids to do during the summer with their free events. Not to mention the book sales they do twice yearly (great bargains!)

Their passport service is quick and friendly. They fit us in at the end of the day. The computer lab is great is you need to quickly print a couple things. They have books, too!

Best library ever! Children can play with blocks, a playhouse, take a class or work on a computer. Patrons can get their passports, read in easy chairs and work on computers. Excellent selection of audio books and movies. Users can even check out cake pans. Very innovative library.

Trying to work on college homework on my personal laptop, but can't get anything done because the wifi is terrible. The only other people in here are little kids reading books, so maybe just 2-3 people using wifi. Other than that, they have a great selection of books and lots of space.

It is always SO loud. Even the library staff are practically screaming during a normal conversation. Some of the staff seem unable to go without talking. This is NOT the place to go if you need to study/work.
