The staff is nice and willing to help if you have questions, but they seem like they rather be somewhere else. They really need to freshen the place up, fix the broken outlets so you can plug in your laptops and other devices, replace the worn out carpet. The furniture is worn, dated and uncomfortable. The parking lot is small.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Erica today. A new card for checking out digital media via the Libby or Overdrive App. I also requested a few books. Within hours I was notified that three of the books I requested were purchased and available for checkout. Very impressed and thankful!

The staff here are fantastic! Their hours are great and their selection is acceptable. The building is a little old and the WiFi is mediocre to say the least (averaging 4mbps download and 2mbps uploads)

My grandson and I love our library! So many choices of books, books on CD, Blu Ray and DVD videos in the children's library! We are there almost every day and we are always greeted with a friendly hello and the staff has even taken the time to learn us by name!! Terry offers me suggestions if I can't think of movies for my grandson and Aaron does his absolute best in getting everything I request and he always come thru!! To Every Staff upstairs and downstairs, You all are fantastic!!!!

Came in right before closing, needed to print boarding passes for a flight. Tonya at the reference desk was extremely helpful, very friendly staff, would visit again.

I was catapulted into the 4th dimension. When I am there, I suddenly realize God is doing for me what I could not do for myself. It's at that point that the air gets pushed out of my lungs. It's the little things. Things like memory, dexterity, logic, reason, compassion, love, forgiveness, nature, trees, and photos of my new friends and family. There are some people there that I often see. One gentlemen especially. I won't describe him or what he was reading, but there is something about him. I love him and I don't even know him. It's his presence. There is a young woman there as well. She has been there before. Her presence also makes me feel safe. It's weird how that works. I used to think that I knew how it works, but I did not know how it works. I SOMETIMES GET EMBARRASSED WHEN THE AIR GETS PUSHED OUT OF MY LUNGS. Whoever you people are, I thank you for your presence. THANK YOU GRAND FORKS, NORTH DAKOTA.

I love this place. The staff is goes above and beyond to help you. There's a kids place up stairs. Many activities throughout the week (chess, knitting, movies ect.) This library cares about what it does and it shows. I would recommend it to everyone.

While it could definitely use more seating, it's a well-run library with a good selection of books and movies, and a friendly staff.

It's cool to see librarians who are excited to see young kids there. They even suggest books and movies for me based on what they've seen me check out.
