Don't have an account even though they told me I needed a Library Card. Asked to make one and they told me my ID number could not be found, the same one I've been issued for over 10 years. I asked them again if they could create an account for me so I could get a library card, it was 5 till 6 and they told they would be closing soon and they didn't have "time" to create one, and that they needed a photo on file to even get a card. Again I'm new so of course they haven't taken my photo yet.. It would take most high schoolers less than 5 minutes to create an account but I guess they were ready to leave for the weekend. Nice work guys
