Nice little library. The staff are very helpful. The library has a number of conference rooms available to reserve for use. There is ample space for studying and reading.

We have enjoyed Lewisville library for 14 years....And the new facility is amazing! All the staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. We often use the online hold system and it works seamlessly. We love being able to check on our account online, as well as using the library's self-checkout system. We are so thankful to have a local library like Lewisville.

The crew (desk and security) working Tuesday night around 6:30pm 2/13/18 was the laziest and most disrespectful of any location I have visited. Very disappointed as I have received great service from all locations prior since moving to the area in 2016.

Not all staff is rude. But one woman greeted me with less kindness than a cactus. I would have rathered a drill Sargent tell me that they were closed than her.
