My son goes here at least twice a week to meet a tutor I hired for him. I honestly wish we met somewhere else because the smell of mold is so bad. You get hit in the face with the smell the second you walk in the doors. I feel so bad for the employees who have to endure that smell for hours a day. This is a serious health concern and the city needs to address it. Not only that there are kids who run through the library screaming. The resources and staff are good, but the building itself needs cleaned.

I have been going to this library since I was a kid. Great memories however I don’t remember this library being so loud.if you are looking for complete silence look else where. Even with sitting in a quiet room you can hear full on conversations happening.

I just started going here but . There book selection is amazing. If you can't find it they can order it from another location . The staff is friendly. I would recommend them for anyone with children or who just love to read or study .

This library has these little and comfortable places to sit and study. It is quiet and peaceful just like libraries are suppose to be. It's amazing.

Staff has always been very helpful and friendly. However, SEVERAL times the books I returned did not get checked it by the staff. After feverishly searching my house and car I found them always on the shelf. I even got a letter in the mail threating to take me to collections if I didnt pay for the book. Should be policy to shelf check before sending out such letters. What if I'd have paid for the books and thought nothing else of it? So if you have "missing" book from here check the shelf and compare bar codes before paying anything.

This is only one of many Fayetteville libraries. All of them are top notch, plenty of resources, activities, and special events. Cumberland City libraries are also state of the art with automatic book checkout and a large selection of books and other media. Cumberland simply has the best library system in the surrounding area.

Big and nice library, but staff act like they don't know the regulations of the library and they don't want to help you with anything though they are getting paid to do exactly that.

I love this library. Excellent choice in books. If a book is not available you can get it ordered from another location. Love the hold and pick up system that they have. Really convenient whenever you just want to pop in and out. Staff is very helpful.

The place has dvds, laptops, play center for my children and pads to use while I do my homework. Having accessibility to laptops allows me to be with my child in the children's center and for them to do what they need to.

As soon as I pull in to the library it’s black dark in the whole parking lot I called inside and someone said they would fix it but didn’t you can literally get killed or mugged in this parking lot and no one would ever know this is ridiculous and unacceptable, Will definitely be following up on my complaint young kids are walking out where the hell is security guard unreal
